23 I always come back to this store for all my Optus needs. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. If they don't know the answer then they'll find it for you. They successfully work within the confines of Optus procedures. I have done 3 phone upgrades personally here, 1 phone upgrade and internet upgrade for my mother, and I'll be heading in soon for an internet upgrade for myself.
For the people who have left bad reviews because they were told to do something online: That is Optus procedure, and has nothing to do with the staff in this store. Also, you can't spell. "Use" has a completely different meaning, and you didn't -use- it correctly.
If you can miraculously do everything a client wants in your company then good for you. These people do the best they can with what they're allowed to do!
I wasn't contacted when my phone came back from repair. It is impossible to find a direct phone number!
Rude staff and didn't want to help, told me I would have to go do it myself online.
Well I hope that use have no job as use keep pushing ppl away and tell them to do it online.
