Very rude some of the staff they take my name ask me to come back a hour and a half later so I came back a hour half later made to wait another 45 minutes the other workers is serving other customers knowing I've been waiting two hours and fifteen minutes when I questioned why other customers who came in after me get served before me yet all I wanted was a print out of my bill when I questioned the staff I was the asked to leave the shop
I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at Optus Glendale store, and the optus telephone consultant that assisted me. Despite being busy with new product sales Jamie and his staff went above and beyond to help me.

Ok don’t know where to start. Two employees no customers and when I explain no one can hear me speak on my mobile they wanted to put me on a waiting list and this is at 9.30 today 16 March 2023. Like they say can’t complain about the service there is none. I have been a customer of Optus for over 20 years no more I am changing.
The staff at this store are amazing. Dealing with a very difficult situation, and needed advice. James was incredibly supportive and helpful. Highly recommend

Most disrespectful store I have ever encountered.
After finally finishing an awful leasing plan a team member at this store convinced me to stay with them and grab the new iPhone 12. I was quite happy with her but unfortunately it was out of stock. They ordered one in for me but stated it had to come to me rather than the store. I was at work when the phone was delivered but my mother was asked to sign for it prior to being given the box. When received, the box was damaged which was quite concerning given the expense of the phone. My father (who has been with Optus for over 25 years) took the phone down to Glendale simply to ask staff to open the box and check the item, nothing else. A particularly problematic staff member told my father that it wasn't their problem and that it was between us and the delivery service. My father stated that we have a contract with Optus and not the delivery service and therefore he should be able to help. To my horror the team member's response was to ask "why your wife would accept it in this condition anyway". This was completely unprofessional and just rude. After talking to customer service we were informed that the team member could in fact open and check the phone for us like we asked and to go down the next day and get the manager to do so. The manager was informed of the situation and was expecting us, yet when we went down ignored us and served customers who walked in after us in an attempt to avoid us. She then instructed the same disrespectful co-worker from the day before to help us. No apology offered.
If I didn't have a contract my family would have left Optus completely after 25 years of loyalty because of this store. Thankfully have found that the Charlestown store is much kinder and considerate.

Busy at Christmas as expected. They were running a checkin list so people served in order and able to go away to do other things and not loose place in the queue. Staff friendly and helpful, handled my sim replacement quickly and without any hassle
Possibly the worst experience I have had of after sales service, do not expect any assistance from this store, received phone in a damaged box just wanted them to verify that phone was OK got told would need to take it up with the delivery company. Will review my optus accounts and never use this store again.
Great service. Only went in for some help and walked out with 2 new phones and 2 sets of headphones
I want to thank Brendan for his amazing customer service in helping out my Mum upgrade from her outdated HTC to an Apple iPhone, his meticulous attention to detail and going above and beyond to help her out in transferring over all files and setting up her new phone was incredibly appreciated! Great attitude and easy going - made the hour we were there enjoyable for a mundane task no doubt! Thanks again!
Went in store to trade in my phone and upgrade to a new phone as per my plan.
Staff were extremely unhelpful.
The staff proceed to rip my glass screen protector off with no caution, possibly causing damage to the screen, i was then quoted that i would have to pay a $250 damage fee as there was a scratch on the screen.
As i inspected my phone, yes there was a scratch, the size of a paper cut.ridiculous.
As i was leaving the staff had asked me in a very condescending tone if i would like my now broken and cracked glass protector back, i said no as it was of no use to me now, the staff then tried to charge me for a brand new one, $40.
Since then i’ve have gone into another optus store for a second opinion, traded my phone in, no damage fee required.
When i told the staff at the new store about the scratch they had said that it didn’t matter as it was so small.
Really disappointed with my experience with the glendale store.
They DEFINITELY do not want to help you at all.go to another store or another provider. They are hopeless
Took a while to be served, got the wrong information on a phone. Pht the contract through quick. Was all in stock.

Absolute worst branch we have ever been to. 5 visits later after FINALLY closing our Optus account and canceling contract with them, they have taken another 2 payments out in the month. When you go to the store they just say ‘too bad, call Optus to figure it out’ and try to kick you out of the store as quickly as they can.
Worst customer service! Optus do not treat their customers well. My advice, AVOID OPTUS!
Never visit this branch, they treat Optus Customers terrible. They sell customers plans but provide a lower grade phone when you don't know and then when you realise what they have done, they say
"To Bad you signed"'. Then when you speak to the lovely live chat people who fix the problem and resign you on the correct phone and plan, the Glendale branch go in and terminate the contract without the clients consent. Such a shame Optus are coping the bad publicity over this branch. The Charlestown, Toronto and Warners Bay branch staff are lovely. My advise to others, never visit this store.
I found the staff at this store very helpful. I’m prepaid and had a sim problem the call centre could not fix it, went in this store new sim walked out working and no cost. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
No help to us, don't buy an optus sim from Coles and expect Optus to help with any problems. They dont want to know about it.
