This is the 3rd time we have used Yellow Express and they are simply brilliant. David pick up my call. Within 1 hour Tom picked up my package and my client received it 2 hours later. The cost of 1 way was 20% cheaper than Uber package. Well done Yellow Express, simply brilliant

What a legend! The courier's name was Keele and not only was he super friendly and polite, but he called me when I didn't answer the door and offered to come back in a couple of hours when I would be home. Even better, he kept me updated on his progress the whole time. Mind.blown! LOL

At a time when other courier services seem to be dumping packages or not even attempting to deliver them before dropping them at a post office, this guy blew me away, and whilst I have not used their services before, the next time I need a courier, I certainly will will use these guys.

I found myself in a real tough spot, needing a last minute move effort of several truckloads in volume. Everyone involved, from Pam on the phones to Harry and Rusty on transport, were nothing short of brilliant.

I could not be more grateful to Paul and Manny who helped us move last weekend. From the moment Paul arrived he took all the stress out of moving. Moving whilst juggling a 20 month old is no fun walk in the park, but Paul's calm and friendly nature put me straight at ease knowing I was in safe hands. They were fast and efficient and Paul packs the truck like a Tetris master! After a long year with the pandemic and having used Yellow Express in 2019 for my deliveries for a Conference, I was so pleased that they were still in business for 2021 and when asking them to look up my history they had this on their files. Dealing with Pam via email then by phone was great and put my mind to ease. Professional in making sure I would be looked after. Good to have the same driver Harry from 2019 coming to the office and remembering this as well. Will definitely keep using Yellow Express for any jobs to deliver my items for Conference or other. 26 July 2020 - Sunday noon PM (CBD Sydney to Paddington)

We commissioned Yellow Express for the Moving + Transportation of our 4 x Steel filing cabinets - sizes range 720mm / 1200mm H x 900mm L x 530mm D, 1 x Clerical high-back chair and few carry boxes of files, 8 pieces of large Oil painting (wrapped + protected).

Yellow Express assigned one of his courier personal name Trung Le for this job. Trung is an average built young man, but he work diligently, focus, obviously experienced in handling difficult situation with bulky pieces and lift. With our help at the same time, the delivery was a happy ending and in good timing.

Trung is very timely and promising, good manner and cautious in handling his deliverable. A Trustworthy young man.

My first contact on the phone was John Robb at Yellow Express, he is very helpful and happy that he assigned to us one of his GOOD Operator - Trung. We are satisfied with the services delivered throughout, HONEST and FAIR.

I booked these guys after doing a some research on rates, and they waived the call out fee on a tight Tuesday deal that was on offer at the time. Harry & Bryce were incredibly efficient, friendly and absolute professionals! On the other side, they unpacked and placed the furniture where it should go perfectly.
Blown away by these guys, 100% recommend.

Paul & his offsider moved us on Tuesday & its was such a breeze! They handled some tricky items & were great! The extra van was a real bonus as we moved everything in one go! So Happy
