Bang on time. Really helpful. Very organised. Patient guys to help you with your stuff. Our unit was heavy and bloody awkward but these guys were all over it!

Moved a 1 bed apartment (one truck load) 15 minutes away for $673. A lot went wrong:
1. Damage to my mattress due to coating on the van floor, as shown in the pictures. So bad that it went right through the mattress protector. Yellow express acknowledged this is a known issue with their trucks but no compensation was offered.
2. Driver was hard working and friendly but was exhausted by the end of the day, kicking my belongings along the pavement, causing further damage. They weren't prepared for a hot day and I had to stop helping to buy them drinks.
3. Job wasn't completed. Driver was exhausted so I proposed to leave everything at the bottom of the elevator so I could finish the move.
4. Left me totally beaten up by the long day of heavy lifting. If you're going to move, just hire a proper moving company with 2 people. It's not worth it.

Yellow Express team were extremely friendly, helpful and cooperative. My yellow express team had a guy named DEAN and he was such a nice guy. We had bought a desk from marketplace and didn’t know that it was partly damaged. Dean carefully transported it to us in a good condition which i doubt anyone else could have done. I’m very happy with Yellow Express.

I used Yellow Express to move stuff into my new apartment. Had the pleasure of working with Dean who was very easy-going. We ended up moving more than what I initially planned and he had no complaints. He was very fun to chat with and very efficient which made the move a rather enjoyable experience. Thank you Dean.

To avoid disappointment, take note that the time you specify may not be the exact time that the operator will arrive. It would depend on who is near the area and how many jobs are queued. Recommend to discuss in advance with the very friendly support team if you have a strict timeline.

After much frustration trying to find same day delivery I found Yellow Express. Made a call and spoke to Thomas who without any effort and such ease took our details and the parcel was collected and delivered as promised. I have the APP on my phone as well. Couldn't be happier. Donna

Booked for 10: 30am but they wouldn’t send a driver until there was someone in the area so item didn’t get picked up for another 1.5h, had to rearrange my day and inconvenience a number of people to be available. No communication, I had to call twice to see what’s going on. The guy arrived (they are all contractors), was incredibly slow. Didn’t know it was possible for humans to move that slow. I then got charged an extra $50 which I didn’t authorise. I checked the route maps on the day and time continuously so I knew how long it would take to drive. Apparently took him over an hour for a 34 minute drive. Will never use this service again. Will recommend for everyone to not use this service. The integrity of this company is evident by the defensiveness of their responses to peoples feedback and gaslighting. Do not use.

I have just moved away from home for the first time. Ali went above and beyond to help me move into my new apartment. He was friendly and communicated well. I would highly recommend Ali to anyone looking to use this service. Thank you Ali, you do a great job.

I used Yellow Express Rozelle to bring some furnitures to my new apartment. They are very professional and punctual. Shout out to Dean (410). My man is just a ball of fun. Did a great work even under sweltering Sydney summer.

Despite of busy period due to holiday rush, Yellow Express was still able to book me move my household stuffs. I called other movers but, they can't book me which is disappointing.
Their customer service has been really supportive and give timely updates.
But most importantly, I would like to commend Dean 410. Kudos to this guy! He is amazing! We worked as a team moving everything which was great! We accomplished moving and lifting effortlessly. We even had chance to talk anything under the sun while doing this. He is very friendly and professional. All of my stuffs are protected. Nothing damage or broken. Dean made this sure which I very much appreciated.
I highly recommend Yellow Express and look for Dean. I am looking forward having their service again!

I used Yellow Express at short notice to move some furniture - they arrived within 1 hour of booking the service. Ali was super friendly and took extreme care when moving items. He also helped move items to the exact location I wanted. The easiest experience I've had moving furniture - highly recommend and would use their service again.

Mo and Klems did an amazing job of transporting out giant book all around Sydney and then manoeuvring it through our windy office all with big smiles on their faces. Very appreciative of their fantastic work.

We called in a panic to have two items delivered and the response from Simon was friendly and helpful. Mo was the delivery person and an absolute gem, service was completed within 90 minutes. WOW.

Cannot rate this company highly enough. Scott has gone above and beyond to assist my company with numerous deliveries and pick ups that have been convoluted and out of the ordinary, and nothing has been too much trouble. Service is outstanding.
