Such a beautiful setting for a vineyard, home to a wonderful family business specialising in red wines. We met most of the family during our tasting and could not have been hosted any better. I would definitely return, even just for the banter! Highly recommended.

Had the pleasure of a weekend away at YEATES Wines and it's safe to say it was fabulous from start to finish. Kicked it off with a complimentary wine tasting and was able to then enjoy the sunset views from our room every evening. The room was spotless and stocked with everything we'd ever need and super warm and comfortable for winter. Also proved to be a great central location to go around to other local wineries. Would highly recommend, everything 10/10!

We stayed in the loft apartment above the cellar door. It has been designed and furnished to a very high standard (loved the bed and warm but super light doona!) and the comfort and peace was just what we were looking for. Host Vicki ensured we had everything we needed and was even so kind as to offer us a lift to our restaurant. The wines were lovely and the cellar door is a beautiful place to taste them, among the leather furniture, rugs and fireplace with glorious views across the vines to the hills beyond. Maybe though you’d like to take your wine outside, grab a book and sit by the pond with the ducks. I loved waking up, throwing my verandah door open and listening to them happily quacking to each other. Yeates was conveniently located for us to cycle to many other wineries, most notably Lowe family winery and Di Lusso where food was available and views were worth the pedalling!

Hands down the most beautiful winery for style and design, as well as wines, in Mudgee. Beautiful location and personal service that makes all the difference between a good and great winery experience. If i was ever in Mudgee again this is the first winery i would go back to.

Wow! Thank you Yeates for your outstanding hospitality! A true family owned and run winery with the Newley opened cellar door. From the moment we entered the incredibly built and decorated estate, we felt like a part of the family. We were greeted by mum and 2 of the sisters and were seated at the outdoor space to enjoy our tasting. Wine was beautiful and the family were most helpful when discussing each glass and the family history. 10 out of 10! Would love to stay in the lodging on my next visit! Thanks again!

Our new favourite Mudgee spot! Boutique, quality wines, incredible modern, comfortable, beautifully designed cellar door. Engaging family owned business with an interesting vineyard history, passionate about what they do. We feel very lucky to have experienced this place before it gets too popular.

If I can give it 6 stars I would. We made a random Sunday stop at Yeates after a weekend away in Bathurst. The place is out of a story book. It wasn't busy so we pretty much had the place to ourselves. After a tasting we stayed for 2 more bottles while laying in the sun, and after chatting to the owners, ended up staying the night too instead of heading back to Sydney. The studio accommodation is top notch! Excellent decor and facilities, everything looked like it was out of a magazine. The best part is waking up to the sun rise in the vineyards. Experience of a life time!

We rode here on the weekend and it is a stunning newly renovated family run winery with fantastic wines. Loved sitting outside and admiring the amazing views and Vicki was so friendly and fun. I'll definitely be back to stay in one of the farm stays! Thanks~!
