Working with Ben over the past couple of weeks has definitely opened my eyes to the desire of wanting to learn beyond the standard trainer. In my opinion, I owe it to Ben who has definitely been an influential factor to my journey on becoming a better trainer/coach and further developing my skills to serve my clients. I would definitely encourage any trainer to do some time with Ben and test your knowledge with someone who's definitely got the results with respect training and of course done the time in the trenches. I had been working with Ben to change my body from after a long and hard road of doing fitness competitions he helped me build healthy lean muscle and feel stronger then I ever whilst also keeping me lean, happy and healthy. He was one of the best coaches I have had I actually miss training with him. I would recommend anyone to him as he's so diverse when it comes to accommodating for peoples needs and wants yet with also doing it the right way. Equipments are brandnew, the studio is clean. Such a great place to train and reach my fitness goal. Ben is attentive and really professional. His knowledge are really helpful.

What differentiates Plexus from other PT’s is that you truly get expert advice! I was searching for a highly experienced trainer as I had a herniated disk and wanted to continue my training in a safe manner. Not only has Ben helped me achieve this but has also helped me achieve several personal records in the process. Ben will go into the finest of details in training and I learnt something new every session. Great location and great vibe! Highly recommend!

I have been training with Ben since December 2017. First time getting a coach for my training and so grateful I got a great coach. In the last 4 months My numbers increased on all lifts. My bench added 10kg in the first session just because the phenomenal technique he taught me. My deadlifts finally reach 200kg after so many years training on my own and got stucked under 200.
