As someone who hasn't ventured into a gym for more than 20 years I will admit that I was terrified when I first met Ben and Bryce. But after a few short weeks I am feeling so much more confident and am seriously loving my PT sessions. Bryce is able to push me to train and learn how to do the exercises properly, whilst also not making me feel like a failure! I can't recommend Plexus enough for their personalised, tailored programs. The gym is in a great location, with great equipment and apart from the fabulous staff the best thing is that there are only 2 people training at any one time so you never feel silly, inadequate or that you are being judged. My advice is to take the leap like I did and you won't look back!

I've tried many gyms over the years and found a thousand excuses as to why I couldn't make it there to work-out. Life gets in the way and you end up paying for membership that you rarely use. That's how it works and that's what those gyms are banking on. In addition to membership fees, you have to pay extra for PT sessions.

Then I found Plexus. This bespoke gym lets you schedule PT sessions at a time that's convenient to you. It is clean, small, modern and there is only a maximum of two clients in the gym at any one time. Best of all, you prepay for PT sessions which includes the use of the gym at that time, so you're not paying for a membership you rarely use.

I find having a weekly appointment with my trainer Bryce, keeps me honest and I no longer find excuses for not going to the gym. If life does get in the way, work, family, travel or sickness, you can always suspend and reschedule your sessions without hassle.

Bryce took the time to listen to my exercise history, conducted a physical assessment and then developed a tailored plan that has seen me build muscle mass and gain strength over time. The changes sneak up on you but are really noticeable and sometimes I'm genuinely surprised at how far I've come on my own journey and what I've able to accomplish so far.

I have been training with Bryce at Plexus Personal Training for close to 6 months now. I am used to walking and yoga but have never before gone to a personal trainer. I am delighted that I joined Plexus, which. Bryce customises my sessions is a way that both challenges me and gives me confidence to try new exercises. Started my personal training with Ben, the best training I have ever experienced! The attention to detail in every aspect of my training has exceeded my expectations! Laura offers my daughter a safe, fun but challenging program with an educational approach. Ben and team have created the perfect 1-1 strength training environment and experience. Ben really knows his craft and created a really detailed plan focused on my fitness outcomes. The fact that the team is very approachable and friendly is just a bonus. Highly recommend!

Great personal training experience at this boutique gym. Facilities are the perfect size for a 1: 1 session with a trainer. My trainer Laura is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable on technique and safety. She has helped not only with the physical workouts but the nutritional side of my fitness goals. I always look forward to my sessions at Plexus.

I started with Plexus in August 2021 with the goal to lose weight for my wedding. My starting weight was 79kgs and I managed to reach my goal (losing 13kgs!) in 5 months! I have done PT before over the years but have never found so much success before I went to Plexus. I really valued Ben’s mental and emotional support as well as his knowledge on training, I think that’s what made the difference. I never felt guilty if I went off track with my food, he helped me to see that it is healthy to go out socially and enjoy the same food as others, and how to balance that out throughout the week which helped me form healthy habits - not just a diet that would be hard to stick to. He also worked really well with my physio to accommodate an injury I had to ensure my training was safe but effective. I would strongly recommend Plexus.

Plexus Personal Training provides a premium, boutique personal training service with great facilities and knowledgeable trainers. Kylie has great interpersonal skills and her passion for technical accuracy helps her clients to develop the best workout habits and great form.

Prices are premium, but so is the product, would highly recommend!

Absolutely recommend Plexus PT! I have been training with Ben for just over one year, and the change in my physical strength, appearance, and most importantly mindset towards exercise has been remarkable!

Ben is highly professional and dedicated to providing a high quality service to his clients. He not only educates on the benefits of and physiology underpinning the exercises he prescribes, but has also assisted me to better understand nutrition, enabling me to get the most out of my training. He’s also great for a chat between sets!

The studio itself is private, comfortable, and very well equipped. Even when we weren’t able to train in the studio due to COVID restrictions, Ben swiftly adapted our sessions to online Zoom coaching, so I was still able to build strength and fitness during this time from the comfort of home.

I started training with Kylie six months ago and it was the best decision I made in 2020!

Kylie really knows how to train well and is able to communicate in a way that makes everything easy to comprehend. I feel completely safe in her hands and can push myself in a healthy way. I enjoy it so much I increased my weekly sessions at the end of last year.

It is never a drag to go to the gym. Kylie has a great sense of humour!

I have always struggled to maintain a fitness regime. But since I joined Plexus, its became a great habit. I now train 3 days a week and recently convinced my wife to do the same as well. Ben and Kylie are amazing and both me and my wife look forward to our next sessions.

I started strength training with Ben in April 2019. Initially twice a week and then quickly went to 3 times a week. Ben is knowledgeable, keen and communicates very well. Not only does he talk the talk, he also walks the walk; taking his own strength training very seriously. Ben introduced me to Barbell strength training including squats, deadlifts and bench press. I had never done any strength training so we worked our way slowly up to full body workouts.

Ben also changed my approach to nutrition. Before I started I wasn't eating properly After learning his approach I now eat much more and i am no longer as concerned about my weight.

As a result of strength training, I feel stronger, more confident and fitter too. Ben has done a great job getting me to where I am now and I look forward to ongoing progress.

Ben has also been agile in adapting to COVID 19. Soon after the gyms shut, he lent me weights, bands and a kettle bell from the gym and we moved to online zoom training sessions with minimal fuss.

Ben is a gentleman and takes a personal and caring approach to his clients. I cant recommend him highly enough.

Best experience training with Kylie at Plexus. She is so knowledgeable and fun to train with! She helped me achieve my goals and also further motivated me to stay active. A total superwoman!:) The equipments at Plexus are also top notch and always clean. Totally would recommend anyone to train there!

Excellent knowledge and understanding of each individual's needs and goals. Extremely professional, supportive and with lots of encouragement. I haven't had a gym workout for 25 years and was/is in need of improving my fitness levels, Ben is the right person for the job for anyone with any level of fitness or goals, highly recommended.
