Best gym in the West by a country mile, always upgrading with new equipment, maintenance of existing equipment is always top notch, only the best machines and the functional area is amazing not to mention the staff who are amazing as well.
It's also good to see the owners actually working the floor and knowing most peoples names.
Why would you go anywhere else!

Been to three different gyms and world gym Penrith is by far the best gym I’ve been too.
Massive space, lots of equipment that’s constantly updated and the friendliest staff members.

Such a great place to be with the best protein shakes in the business!

L can be very demanding but M has the ability to produce superior tasting beverages.

Best gym in Penrith, very friendly staff whom are very easy to develop a personal friendship with in and out of the gym.

This is my go to gym. Warm and friendly staff that make you feel like family. Equipment is always clean and tidy and always being updated. Great products on available for purchase and their shakes are always good to try after a massive workout

I was contacted directly by the owner and met with compassion and kindness.

Due to the difficulties faced by many during covid. There was a big misunderstanding and i am grateful to report the matter has been resolved.

A little bit of kindness goes a very long way.thank you Clair and Hayden for helping me with the situation and compassionately understanding.

Unfortunately, I am greatly disappointed with the customer service at this facility.especially during the pandemic and continuous disruption that has been experienced by many during Covid 19.

I signed a 0 month lock in contract over 12 months ago and requested cancellation in writing via email.unfortunately this was insufficient and I was asked multiple times to attend the premises to sign forms. I requested forms to be provided via email.and that was also too difficult.if I can have a telephone conference with my dr, work from home for almost 12 month.tell me world gym Penrith.why could I not cancel my membership online?

I did not and will not risk my health to attend your facility.

Very excellent. Had a good work out just goined tonight. Change from how you use to be. It's very good.

Everything you could need if you're a gym junky. Just very busy all the time, super early or late at night it's usually a pain to get some equipment but that just means its a good gym. There's also two saunas, one in the ladies and one in the men's. The service staff are super friendly and it's a wonderful environment, very clean too.

Fantastic gym, best in Penrith. Staff are the friendliest you could come across, facilities outstanding, and whilst I was initially in a contract they overlooked that and were very flexible with assisting financially when I was experiencing hardship which made me stay on rather than cancel. Proud to say they have a member for the future here now!

Overall, it's a good gym, all staff & most patrons are friendly, I like going there. The one draw back is, during this pandemic, there are still people that train without towels despite signs everywhere advising towels are required. I wish the staff would enforce the "no towel, no train" rule, then it would be a 5 star gym.

Met the manager today Josie, i think thats how her name is spelt. She was very nice and sat down took the time to go through everything, like Gym prices and deals etc and to listen to me about my concerns and what i wanted from a Gym.
Then after that took me around the whole Gym and show me around, she was very nice and very helpful. The other staff member was also was also nice.this Gym is very well equipped and has everything you need to get into shape and look good. Not to mention if you need other GYm stuff like belts and suppliments they have that to, its a very good Gym.

Good equipment, great staff, clean gym area, nice functional training area out the back. Male toilets need better ventilation and more frequent cleaning.

Absolutely love this gym! I joined a couple weeks ago. Such nice and friendly staff always go out of their way to say hello when members walk in, always happy to help and are very knowledgeable. Very clean gym. Great price, I’ve come from the most expensive gym in Penrith to this gym and I have not regret it since, they actually care about their members and want to help them, not just take their money and avoid them like the plaque like the last gym I was at.

State of the art equipment, plenty of group classes. The staff is super friendly and there is an option to buy supplements on site. It's gets overcrowded Monday evenings but it's quiet.

After cancelling my membership I was told the cancellation policy would require 4 more payments. I was given a signed receipt including the specific date the last payment would taken. After that date the direct debit continued to be taken and when I called to dispute it I was told the guy who cancelled my membership must have just calculated the dates wrong and I had to just accept the extra payment being taken. This is in spite of me having signed paperwork showing the last payment date which they refused to honour.
