World Gym Penrith

Staff are friendly but the gym is incredibly out dated and is in desperate need of a renovation

Organised a tour and trial session over phone, made considerable effort to get there. Had tour, was asked to pay to do trial. Not cool.
Poor form guys. Joined one of your competitors- kinda.

As someone who has just started going to the gym for the first time, I was super anxious and intimidated, however, I was greeted and served by Mikaela, who gave me the best customer services I've ever received. She took her time to run me through the policies and programs they offer and made me feel welcomed. She wasn't just trying to get it over and done with, like other places, she explained everything perfectly. She did an amazing job and she deserve an award/raise. Thanks again Mikaela!

The gym is awesome and I do the bodypump and core classes Friday and the bodystep and bodypump classes Saturday morning the staff are friendly and helpful and it's fully equipped with all the equipment you could ever need and the monthly gym is reasonably affordable too signing up is the best thing I have ever done and my results are incredible im lean toned and happy with my continual progress give it a go what do you have too lose

Been my local gym for the past 10 years! Absolute love all the staff members there, super friendly. Nothing beats this gym!

Fantastic gym with the best and brand new equipment! Massive space, plenty of room and I LOVE training in the comfort zone, it’s upstairs away from the main floor for the perfect private work out as well as the massive functional room. The gym has everything you need creche, supplements, food/shakes, plenty of free classes with a massive main floor! Come check out this awesome gym, you won’t regret it!

I have been training for over 27 years and I’ve trained at gyms all over Australia and no one has designed a gym and created a culture as good as World Gym Penrith. Not only are the staff genuinely helpful and lovely but the members are so polite and courteous. The equipment is second to none and gave me the best workout I think that I’ve ever had with natural motion that allows maximum contraction. Highly recommend you check it out for yourself!

Mum (71) and I attend Penrith World Gym 4 days a week.mostly. They are a very friendly bunch of people and trainers.

The best equipment and machines in Penrith. Can be very busy at times. Friendly and helpful staff. Ridiculously bad Personal Trainers though that are beyond inept and will scam you out of your money.

EDIT: Sorry you're disappointed in the warranted 2 star review given. When you advertise, recommend, and house PTs, you must pertain an appropriate degree of accountability for their misconduct and failure to honor their contractual agreements. I know you're aware of this which is indicative by the language used in your response. I think a slightly negative review is reasonable considering I was taken for $700+. I would have never let it even perpetuate had I not been enduring some immense personal struggles at the time. I appreciate you willing to listen and may ring back - just tried but you weren't available, but I don't really wish to escalate or have any ill will towards your gym or staff. Just want it to be known on the off chance that it might aid in making sure it doesn't happen to someone else in the future. Luh

Love it here, they have a fantastic range of quality equipment and the people here are very welcoming.

I joined World Gym Penrith in Dec 2020 and I wouldn't go to any other gym.
Loads of equipment and space. Friendly and helpful staff as well.

The gym is awesome and the two classes I do every Saturday are great too yesterday's two classes the body step and pump classes where amazing the personal trainer was funny engaging and it was intense I loved it and after a couple of months I'm actually seeing results guys sign up you won't regret 10/10 all the way

I've been a member at World Gym Penrith for over 9 years and absolutely love it! They are constantly upgrading the facilities & adding new equipment (to the already expansive range of equipment!). Group fitness classes are my jam & I'm also spoilt for choice in this department! Timetables are nicely staggered so you can easily incorporate a few classes in a daily session. The instructors are incredible knowledgeable and friendly & are always able to offer options to suit all fitness abilities (or if you are recovering from an injury) I always walk out of World Gym Penrith with the biggest smile on my face not only because of the "feel good endorphins" released after each workout - but also because of the fabulous members & WG Team/Staff that make this gym extra special and a joy to be a part of!

Great place to train. State of the Art equipment spread throughout a massive floorspace.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, who also know their stuff. Supplement shop is second to none, with a huge range of accessories, clothing and equipment.

It's everything you want in a Gym, with a close knit family vibe.

Truly is the best Gym in the area by far. Highly recommended.

Where do I begin… WG Penrith is a facility like no other. State of the art equipment that caters for different styles of training. The gym is not only top teir within the local area but the staff go above and beyond to accomodate for your needs and will always take feedback on board. The time I have been training at the gym has been nothing but an amazing experience. It is a community and extremely inclusive. WG Penrith, you have gained a member for life!
