Go for it people! You won't find utmost quality and service for this price under one roof.
We were welcomed by Kyle, Lino and James in our number of visits to the place before we finally picked up our much loved Dining and Buffet. The workmanship and quality in material was evident in the displays and I can vouch we got equal quality and workmanship delivered as well. We loved the furniture so much that every time we saw something else elsewhere, we were pulled back to the place and hence the number of visits to Woodbury. The hospitality and friendliness is awesome - the enthusiasm, the honesty, the knowledge of product, details and what not - is beyond comprehension. Kyle, being upfront, shared that it sometimes takes longer than expected and still we went to something to be delivered in 2 months time. And voila - barring Covid contingencies - kept us posted and delivered in time.
Packaging was very impressive and was done to enable the furniture with stand the shocks of transportation.
Delivery date was communicated in advance and what was surprising to know that the men who delivered were also very professional and knowledgeable to place the furniture in such a position so that we can assemble it with minimum effort and no heavy lifting.

Post delivery we found that one of the legs of the table had developed cracks. We informed them and without a single fuss they delivered the replacement set of legs within half a day. Above and beyond service. I am now a fan of Woodbury and any wood furniture to my house will be from the very place. Will spread the word across as well. Thank you Team - keep up the good work.

We recently purchased on-line, 2 outdoor dining chairs and a coffee table. They arrived within a few days. The quality of the items is excellent and competitively priced. Excellent value for money. The delivery team were polite and courteous and arrived when they said they would. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the entire transaction and would recommend Woodbury Furniture to any prospective buyer.

Lino from Woodbury was very helpful in our search for a outdoor setting. We tried a few different combinations and he had great suggestions for us and was very patient. The quality of the furniture is fantastic and the price was very reasonable.

It took a while for the furniture to arrive from overseas, but that was because of COVID, and because we chose a very popular table. Lino was honest about the possible delays and set our expectations accordingly.

The furniture delivery service was great, and very professionally done.

I can't recommend Woodbury Furniture highly enough after our recent purchase of an extendible outdoor table and chairs. The in-store service was fantastic - very personable and knowledgeable in addressing what we needed in an outdoor setting. The product is excellent quality and we can extend from an 8 seater to a 14 seater. There was going to be a delay with receiving our chairs so they provided us with loan chairs at no extra cost - such excellent service and experience. They delivered on time and set up our table for us. We'll definitely buy there again! I highly recommend them!

We purchased a beautiful teak outdoor table setting. From the beginning of entering the store to the delivery we experienced nothing but professional service. The quality of the outdoor setting is stunning and we look forward to many years of family BBQs around the table.

The men who delivered the furniture were prompt, unpacked boxes, assembled the tables and took packaging away. They were pleasant young men. I would buy from Woodbury again because of the service.

Exquisite products with top of the line service. Words cannot express how happy I am with my new table from Woodbury House! They went above and beyond to cater to all my needs and create a custom table for my office. Although it took a few months, the wait was definitely worth it!

There were also some minor issues encountered along the way however the Woodbury House Team worked tirelessly to amend these issues.

I commend their service standard and quality of products and will definitely be back for any office furniture I need.

We recently purchased a Kai outdoor extension table & Mackay chairs to match from the Castle Hill store. They were in stock on time & delivered with no issues. They look & feel great & look to be excellent quality.

All ways high quality furniture from Woodbury Furniture. Earlier this month we added an our door lounge setting to compliment the outdoor dining table setting previously purchased. Not to mention an indoor dining setting and display cabinet! Highly recommend.

Our Woodbury outdoor dining setting is a quality product, it looks great and is very functional. The Woodbury team provided exemplary customer service in terms of keeping us informed about the delivery and they even accommodated us when we had a 'change of mind' in part of our original order. Good people to deal with.

Wasted 4 months for a table and 6 chairs, which were defective and never came and had to spent two weekends and a week day and many many hours in an effort to get a refund.

The team at Woodbury go over and above to consult, advise and ultimately deliver great quality, beautiful furniture. I would strongly recommend Woodbury - I've been delighted with the service & the products I've received.

The products in the store are lovely, but I will never be buying from this company again. We ordered two items at the start of August 2020 and as of December still haven't seen them. Obviously this year has been difficult so it's not the wait that bothers me, it is that I have been told on five different occasions that "your order is coming in two weeks/a month" only for it to never arrive. At first we were promised our items were coming from Victoria, then told they were on a boat from Vietnam. Either they keep giving the products marked as 'ours' to other customers, or they just don't have any idea where their products are at any time. Either way I am completely sick of the terrible standard of communication. My best recommendation: if you're going to buy from this company, put in your order six months before you need the items.

We recently bought a dining table from Woodbury and every step of the process we were met with exceptional service. Our online queries were answered promptly and when we saw the table in store it was exactly as described. Tony was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He has a great eye and helped us choose a finish. Lino assisted us with our order - nothing was ever too much of an ask. We were expecting an 8-10 week manufacture timeframe, but got lucky as our table was ready in 3 weeks. We requested assembly so our table was set up and ready to use within a matter of minutes. Cheap and inconsiderate. I personally have had the worst experience with the owners. The shop itself isn’t bad, I just could never endorse the behaviour of the individuals who own this establishment. Find somewhere else to shop.
