We have recently redone our backyard landscaping. We bought most of our outdoor furniture from Woodbury Furniture Castle Hill. Their customer service in store and over the phone was always helpful. Delivery was smooth and prompt. Furniture looks great and is very comfortable! We are very happy.

Fantastic customer service and products at Woodbury. I purchased the 7 seater Blaxland outdoor setting, which looks stunning. Unfortunately one of the chairs became quite unstable nearly a year after purchase; I emailed to see if I could get another one and was very quickly contacted by one of the Woodbury team who have already organised a replacement. Can't recommend these guys highly enough!

Good customer service for us when we searched online, found them, and dropped in looking for a picnic table. Sales and delivery went smoothly. Chairs were assembled. I fastened the table legs and set it all up. Store staff explained the color and surface protection products and I used both. All in all, everything went smoothly. Recommended. I have bought from Woodbury Castle Hill a few times and seriously impressed with the service. I wanted to thank Scott for a recent experience where I bought an outdoor table and when we picked it up and opened it we found a sizeable split in the leg of the table. I spoke to Scott and sent a photo and an email and within 20 minutes he got back to me and said they would replace the whole table. These guys are amazing with service and super helpful so thank you Scott and the team at Woodbury Castle Hill

Recently visited the Woodbury Furniture Store after researching various options of furniture on line.
The quality of their products is very good and the prices are very reasonable.
Staff were very pleasant and they provided great service both in-store and delivery.
Would definitely recommend.

Love my new chairs. Called into the shop at Castle Hill, was greeted by a lovely man, Kyle who assisted me to find my new outdoor chairs. Kyle ensured I got exactly what I was after, with a great deal, and delivered to my home. Could not recommend Kyle and the Castle Hill store and team enough. Great service and product!

Pre sale information and suggestion of chair options was very much appreciated along with protection options for teak table top. Table and chairs delivered on time, by a happy team who assembled and removed packing. Checking about teak protection, after delivery, was positive and we are thoroughly enjoying our new alfresco setting

Purchased Regency Teak bench in 120cms size

Wanted a stylish outdoor bench for our front door entrance porch and Regency Teak bench ticked the box.
We just had a small space under a window where the bench could fit and it was so good that the bench seats come in 3 sizes. Not many retailers have such a good selection of styles in different size options and in particular the 120cms size.
Very happy with the quality, reasonable price and that the bench is made of actual teak wood.
Retail staff were very helpful and courteous as were the delivery team.
Wish I had discovered Woodbury previously.

From the point of purchase to delivery the experience with Woodbury Castle Hills was wonderful. They set our expectations on delivery delays that were understandable, but keep in touch with us over the months to keep us informed on progress with delivery timelines.

The service in store was what I'd describe as un-pushy and very friendly. I don't normally write reviews, but the team at Castle Hill Woodbury furniture deserve a big thank you and congratulations. Keep doing what you're doing. We will be referring others.

Oh, and we absolutely love our new stylish outdoor setting. Its the first one we have ever bought after 26 years of marriage. Very exciting to have a lovely new outdoor setting to enjoy with family and friends.

We visited Woodbury to find a wooden bench after being unsatisfied with the quality of benches found at furniture stores like IKEA, and we are so glad we did!
We are so happy with our bench. The guys in store were incredibly helpful, even going so far to take a bench off the wall display just so we could sit on it.
I would highly recommend this store.

We purchased high end patio / outdoor furniture online during the lockdown in our area! The measurements and photos were very accurate so we were able to purchase with ease. One item wasn't perfect so we contacted the company via email and received a reply within hours and a solution of replacement free of charge was scheduled. Everything was handled perfectly and fast! We will shop here again for future needs!

The crosstie table is absolutely beautiful. Solid thick teak wood - the quality and thickness is better than other teak tables we looked at. Went for the aluminium legs and they look great. Very happy with the table.
