Friendly service. Expensive but hey aren’t they all. Had my grandsons booster seat in back which was removed but not put back in its place. That was annoying.

Excellent response to a faulty muffler during warranty period.
I was in and out of the service division in an hour with a new muffler fitted.

Dropped my car of for its service. A few minor issues got picked up. These guys went above and beyond to make sure my car was on the road asap. Their customer service and professionalism has somewhat improved immensly the past 12 months.

The professionalism of the team at Wollongong City motors service department was second to none. My experience with the beautiful young lady Chloe and Tony the service manager has left me with peace of mind that my GLE has been looked after and I will be telling everyone I know about this awesome team. Absolutely disgusting service, I am nothing but appalled. They did not listen to me when I told them what was wrong and they failed to deliver proper customer service. No one knows what’s going on, I got transferred and put on hold 5 times with 10 minutes. So unimpressed, I can assure I will not be coming back. Fix yourselves, so dysfunctional it’s embarrassing.

Booked service for pickup at 2.30, the car was there for 5 and a half hours and still wasn't finished on time

I have had a very disappointing experience. My Hyundai car was towed in with a failed gearbox under warranty on a Friday. The dealership said they couldn't get time to look at it til the following Friday and they did not have a loan car available. They asked me to call Hyundai Customer Experience. Those people wouldn't consider a hire car until they had a diagnosis from the dealer. So the dealer tried to help me out and brought forward the diagnostics to the Tuesday instead if the Friday. The gearbox has to be ordered from Korea. It could take 2 weeks. Meanwhile I have called Hyundai Customer Experience every day for help with a hire car. Ive told them many times that this is our only car, that we live in Gerringong and it's not easy to get to medical appointments by bus and train. Hyundai Customer Experience are considering providing a hire car tomorrow, subject to availability. This is day 11 without any support from Hyundai head office!

For the second time in succession with two different vehicles this business has managed to deliver disgraceful service and completely dysfunctional outcomes. Both times issues were not translated from booking to service, misdiagnosis has been consistent, parts not ordered and major inconvenience caused! I will never return here for service or to buy another car. They are hopeless and unapologetic about their failures, and didn’t even seem willing to help. A joke.

Poor quality service.
They kept changing the approximate duration of service, initially I was told it won't take more than 1 hour, this became 2 hours.they said they will call me, which never happened and I returned to centre after 2 hour.
I spoke with a staff after waiting for 10 minutes who said to allow another 5 minutes.after which I was told " Your car has been serviced, and have been washed and vaccumed".
Then within 2 minutes she informed "car has NOT been washed and vacuumed.dont know why"
I think because it was first service.no payment.no benefit for them.

I really wonder if the car was even serviced.extremely disappointed.

They said they cleaned the car in the inside, but it looked like they wiped the dash board with a long haired cat!

So unorganised. I got a call at around 1 PM saying my car was ready to pick up after the service. I am here at 2: 45 PM and they said, they still haven't washed the car

Exemplary performance from everyone involved in keeping my car as close to brand new as possible.
Professional & courteous - I pity the cars that have to go elsewhere.
You could not ask for better service.

They were courteous and punctual in getting the repair completd after my car was recalled because of a fault. Gave me a time for pick up and called me on my phone when it was ready - almost an hour early.

The team at Wollongong City Motors Service Centre were professional and punctual. I was able to drop my car off at 8am and pick it up by 2pm. They were very attentive and the process was easy.

The level of service has improved markedly. I was contacted by the Service Manager after my previous service and he advised that he was addressing previous issues. He was true to his word.
