I have sold 6 homes and I must say that this experience has been the best. From the first meeting and valuation, Simon Walkington and I were both on the same page and I found him to be honest and straight forward.
The house sold in just one week for more than we had expected so the sales strategy and dedication was exceptional.

Warning! Be careful what you sign with these people. They came to my property and promised me they would get me 1-$200000 more for my property than l wanted for it. So l signed up with them even though their commision was very very high and l also agreed to a $5000 advertising package because of their promise. They went and listed the property below their promised price and failed to sell it. Now l have a Law Suit against me for nearly $7000 and also a black mark against my name. Do not deal with these people. What they did was illegal. Wiseberry Heritage Gorakin. Licencee Darin Butcher. No stars from me.

As a landlord Crystal has looked after our property for about ten years. I find Crystal very professional.
