As you all no the central coast is going through a terrible houseing crisis and my famiky are sadley apart of this we have been homeless living in a holiday park paying 450 a week for a singles cabin dispite my partner working full time we are still struggling to afford this so we where obviously over the moon when on the 9th we received news that we where finally after 6 months of homelessness approved for a rental property at toukley a 6 month lease and finally a place to call our home so naturally I rushed out and paid a 380 dollar holding deposit for this property however dispite this news we later received a call that the owner had now dropped the lease down to a 3 month lease and that the property was in fact for sale and that the property manager would give me a call back the next day I never received that call I was the one calling them asking them what was going on to only get told the house had a pest inspection and it may have already in fact been purchased I was informed I would receive a call back the next day this again never happened I was again the one calling them asking what was going on I was again told they would find out and get back to me this AGAIN never happened I AGAIN was calling them in worry about what was going on the answer we received was they would get back to me before closing on the Friday it's now Tuesday and our weeks rent is now up tomorrow we are absolutely disgusted in the lack of professionalism and heart my family does not deserve to be treated like this we are alreadydoing it very tough as it is all we want is a straight answer to weather we have a place to call home or not.

We dealt with Emily and she was a star! She was professional and helpful and didn't mind being bothered by lots of questions. Our purchase was not straightforward and Emily was always available on the other end of the phone to guide and reassure us.

Unlike other agencies that have their agents working as individualised businesses under the “umbrella” of the brand often leading to major competition and in fighting internally and detracts from a collaborative work environment Wiseberry seems to value strategic relationship management! The agent owns the sales relationship with the buyer irrespective of the listing agent.

This helps a buyer build trust. They do not push one listing onto a buyer just to make a quick and easy sale but strategically work with buyers to achieve constructive and sustainable outcomes.

I actually didn’t end up buying from them as the house I found was via another agent but I wanted to because of Emma Smith (the agent to watch)

Emma Smith goes above and beyond both within and outside work hours and I was and am so impressed!

Even amongst Pest and Building inspectors Wiseberry has a great name.

I think it is because the owners of Wiseberry Heritage encourage team work and not internal competition.

Forcing young first home buyers to sign a contract which only consisted of four pages the day after viewing a property, failing to disclose the property was not Council approved and refusing to return the deposit. They use pressure tactics, harrassment, unconscionable conduct and do not act honestly. And sadly they don't care!
