22 This is the first time in my life I have had need of a job provider.and I can say my experience with Krystal and Dean has been awesome. Both are enthusiastic, caring people who put a load of effort in to guiding and encouraging myself and my partner with job applications and opportunities. Both are able to recognise what my strengths are and actively encourage me to believe in them and what I have to offer prospective employers. I was with another provider.very happy I decided to try Wise!

After 12 months of unemployment, my son approached Wise Employment for assistance. Both Krystal and Dean were fantastic and instrumental in my son securing an awesome job!
As an ASD able person, my son faced many barriers and hurdles in his quest for employment, however the team at Wise helped him realise just what he was capable of and what he had to offer! They even supported him financially, by providing the RSL certificate costs so he could enter into the hospitality field.
Today, after almost six months employed.my son still receives regular phone calls from Dean to offer support and assistance if required.
I Definitely recommend these guys.
