The WISE Employment team at Tweed Heads South have been nothing but helpful and always seem eager to assist, as well as passionate about what they do. I couldn't ask for anything more from them, they have gone above and beyond for me. They helped me get new clothes, a bicycle and most importantly, helped me move forward with my life despite mental health barriers I've had to face.

With Amie, my employment consultant, I never feel anything is one-sided. She always listens to what I have to say and works with me rather than ordering me around. Amie has pushed me when I needed it and any miscommunication issues were quickly resolved.

Suffice to say that if you're someone thinking about linking in with WISE or hesitant about recommending it to someone else able to access the service, just give it a try and I'm sure you or your loved one will get something out of it.

Pushed into a few jobs recently that didn't suit me. They only cared about the bonus money from the government not how I fit into the jobs and how I'll be treated as an individual

Dean is only nice to you when he pushes you into a job that you don't like ive been with wise for more than 2 years and they never got me the job I am after. If you decide to resign from your work Dean will use guilt tricks on you to force you to stay on the job you don't like. He did that with me yesterday. I recommended that if you go to wise that you only get resumes from them and apply for job on your own.

The customer service is always perfect when I walk into the office and they are very friendly and accommodating. I always looking forward to seeing their happy faces.

I just want to say how grateful I was to be able to sign up at wise and end up with Nathan looking after me! I tend to struggle with crippling anxiety at times and Nathan had such a welcoming attitude and was such a fantastic first point of contact.
