Very friendly and professional staff! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a top quality employment provider.

This is the worst provider I have ever joined, even worse than non disability providers. Please do not use this service if you have a disability and your looking for support with finding employment. 2 consultants were very rude to me it left me feeling very distressed. Compassion and the genuine desire to help clients, is essential in this industry of working with disability, and it is very clear that these people don't have either. Again please do not use this service Nova is much better if you need proper support.

I am a client here at wise employment, I have been a client elsewhere in the past and I can honestly say wise employment is the best place to be! I have a case manager, my provider, her name is Carolynne Buckley, and my god she is unbelievably amazingly too god damn good at her job! Whenever I need any type of assistance Carolynne makes sure it's smack bang right there in front of me, always supports me through thick and thin, always provides what I need for work and more! If I did not have her as my case manager I would have lost my job due to financial and emotional challenges. I would never change angencies and I would not suggest a better support person than Carolynne Buckley.

I have been with Wise Employment for quiet awhile. I have had a few people who we’re suppose to attend but they don’t like phones so today 20/3/23 I’m sitting in the office appointment was for 9am what a unprofessional lot they are sitting in a meeting and I have to wait. After been told 9am was fine with Diana. Not impressed.

I know that their general job search services are good. Also before around roughly 6 months ago there disability consultants were very good, but now there disability consultants are more interested in there friendship with each other then there professionalism. I have put in complaints about both of them, but it is almost as if management have not got the complaints or have ignored them. If you have a disability do not join this service provider. They will treat you dis-respectfully and even laugh at your expense without thinking twice about it, then use the excuse that you are disabled therefor clearly you are the one in the wrong and they have done nothing wrong. Filled out and sent your online form twice and still got no response.

Mas and the team has always been in my corner from my first appointment. Mas was always for me and worked consistently to find me a position that would be the right fit for me. Her empathetic nature soothed the stress of the job search and her boundless support when things got trying kept my head up and kept me going. Mas is graciously selfless in her work, celebrating all her clients achievements whole heartedly. Just as herself, appointments with Mas made even lockdown gleeful when she shared her spirit and hopeful character. It's stuck with me that she would boast to the team about my efforts, which made making her proud one of my top goals and reasons to keep driven. Just wanted to thank all the staff at Wise Employment for the commitment and effort towards helping everyone. The receptionist has provided assistance with individual enquiries and making them feel welcomed upon entering the office. This helps individuals feel that sense of comfort and calmness in the environment. This has to be the best if not, Number 1 job provider in Sydney. The first thing that I want to point out is that I have been through multiple job providers in the past year but none has come close to the excellence of Wise Employment Parramatta. Most other job providers would not care about you in fact some would not even contact you and if so, would only to update your job plan.

I was surprised by my first visit. Jordan was my first consultant with Wise but my experience with him was the same with the rest of the staff. They were super friendly and professional. They had listened to everything that I have said and allowed me to ask questions if I needed further information. They had offered me great advice and had provided me extra help with my job search.

The one person who deserves the most credit for my career would be Porlene Percival. This woman is fantastic! She is the company's candidate officer. She is super friendly and she would listen to any questions or complaints you had regarding any job. Porlene gave me a job as a casual wait staff in hospitality. Even while I was working as a waiter on a casual basis, she would still contact me regularly for job opportunities. She would provide me the job interview details such as the time, location, and the job description itself. In a matter of weeks I was able to land a satisfactory full time job thanks to her.

It is worth noting that Wise Employment offers short courses that are free of charge that can help any job seeker who would need any extra help for their job search. All of them are run by a 20 year veteran Siweida Peng, who in my opinion, is a superstar!

If you were looking for a great job provider that will help you look for a job, this is the place for you. Always remember to be patient with the staff and always try to do your best in looking for a job. I want to give special thanks to Porlene, Jordan, Siweida, Susan, Kim and Sharleny. Management should be proud.

Wise employment parramatta are not only professional but are caring and
sympathetic to their clients needs. I'd like to especially thank Warda for going far and beyond in even making mum a Drs appointment. Thank you warda for your care and professionalism.

These guys really look after you. They really want the best for you. They get you on your feet. Wise employment staff do their jobs at the highest quality. I was lucky enough to meet a few great people there but I must say one person in particular really has been there for me from day 1 and never stopped helping me. Her name is Chloe eldridge and she's the best. Without her help, I probably would be a couch potato with no real goals. She got me to get up and focus on my future. With her help I completed a business course and am hoping to start working soon. Shes a great motivater and pushes you when you need it. All the employees here are awesome and I recommend you atleast try wise employment out. You won't regret it.

I have been coming to these guys for 2 years they are the best provider I have seen in sydney both des and job active are so helpful the girls are great and my worker cj has really stepped up and gone out of his way to assist me with anything I need help with I would highly recommend this provider over all providers 100% hands down wont dissapoint!

I had the please of having CJ (Carl) and Susan tend to my needs as an employer seeking more staff. They are thoughtful, attentive and know what they are doing. I know my business is in safe hands.

My initial experience with WISE wasn't anything to talk much about. It was only after a lady called, Massarat took up my job plan my entire outlook towards the organisation changed. She showed a keen interest in my case and made me feel valued. She would do regular follow ups and keep me updated about my plan. Massarat clarified all my doubts and laid out the future steps clearly. I would say she worked as hard as me to find a suitable job guiding me throughout. Another lady, Diana also requires a special mention here. She too was very courteous and kind. I still haven't found a job but I can say that I am highly impressed with the professionalism, dedication and customer service levels of WISE Employment.

Mas Jahen has been an absolute pleasure in trying constantly assisting me to obtain full time employment with Wise Employment Parramatta. I've been searching for full time or part time work for many months however Mas (including Diana the manager) great interpersonal skills combine with her multiple skills that are often prerequisites for job seekers & demonstrated her personal willingness to help out and contribute when ever required. Mas has now helped me obtain a full time permanent position, working with a large organisation which has enabled me to return to a normal lifestyle and full of confidence a bring back pride into my life. Every single person I have met there have been incredibly warm and kind- I've been through a few different agencies while searching for jobs and on centerlink, but this excellent group of people have been the best and most helpful by a country mile. Any problem I've had they've been able to work with me and fix, as well as taking my mental health into account. I can't sing their praises enough!
