It was a very bad experience. It took two years to build the house in 2016, during which the stairs were installed incorrectly and the bathroom had problems. Lived in two years found balcony leakage, from March this year began to try to contact maintenance, during which two people came to see, recorded and said back to write a report, a few months later, someone came, on balcony ceiling saw a few holes, and then half a year passed, has been trying to contact, can not answer, do not reply my emails, no one comes to repair, birds in the hole to build a nest, Christmas is coming soon.was very anxious with Ugly appearance.

Not sure where to start, there is so much wrong with this company.

They handed over the house in an incomplete and defective state, with blue tape still around marking out damage. I also noticed several other issues such as crooked and bent walls. The worst however was a leak in the roof that I pointed out just a week after moving in. It has now been 8 weeks, the leak is still present, mould is rampant through the area, and the affected ceiling and wall have lost their structural integrity. When I called the construction supervisor to see if there was anything he could do about just the mould, for the sake of our health, his response was "there's bigger and more important problems than yours". Charming.

Their admin and legal side also leaves much to be desired. You have to pay a non-refundable deposit to even view the contract, and they contractually force you to pay their land tax. They also failed to settle 3 times over because they failed to produce the required documentation.

I just want my home repaired so I don't have to deal with them anymore. An absolute nightmare.

Oh my gosh! 5 stars wouldn't be enough to describe my experience or the quality of the delivery! I have been so impressed by the options, the attitude and the quality of workmanship that I really can't find fault with anything. Well done Wisdom Homes - you've got a customer for life!:)

Shown through a villa today in Catherine field (Helsham st).
The old man who will be reported to the company itself has to be one of the most unprofessional and rude people we have ever dealt with in the building industry.

He Didn’t bother to show us around or even come up stairs tell us about the finishes ect.
Instead sat out the front on his phone the entire time.
One example - My mother simply asked if the other houses connected were available to view at this time obviously not knowing weather there sold or not.
His response “how would you like it if I brought someone through your home”.
His response made zero sense to her question and left my husband & myself including my mother with an absolute sour taste.
We absolutely loved the villas and travelled from Maitland to view them as we’re currently selling our property at the moment.
His attitude alone has turned us off.
I’d HAPPILY! Pay the extra money to go through a agency than deal with this arrogant man.

Easy to get to with a good amount of parking for when you are visiting for your various appointments. Nice, modern interior.

Visited them to enquire about a knock down and rebuilt at their office in Box Hill. The sales guys was so rude & had absolutely no customer service experience. We did not even bother looking at the display homes as figures if this is the attitude of the sales guys the quality of the build must be even worse.

We are building Manhattan 44 in St Ives. Possibly first Wisdom Homes home in our neightbourhood. We've knocked down our house recently and are looking forward to the commencement coming soon.

UPDATE AFTER 10 MONTHS. Progress has been slowing down in the past weeks while our project supervisor was changed, after having our 3rd customer representative. The new supervisor never contacted us until I found his number on the billboard on site and called him just to find that he knew nothing about what's going on here. Our time and money (we are renting) is being wasted by a mindless management. I doubt if a timely handover (one year) can still be expected. P. S.we started our journey from Dec 2017 and it's 2020.

UPDATE AFTER 14 MONTHS. We have been repeatedly given a false hope that handover is a month away. Today (12/5/2020) our love supervisor just told us to wait for another month.

The workmanship on our home was a nightmare. Not only did they ruin our tiles which we paid extra for as they were an upgrade, they refused to take responsibility and fix it.
They have left multiple areas in the house with only 1 coat of paint as they are not visible, such as behind the stairs in the niche area, behind our laundry door and many more.
As recently as last weekend with the heavy rainfall, our home office began flooding due to the window frame not being installed properly. Once I finally got a hold of wisdom on Monday they advised that someone from repairs would contact me. Not a single phone call for 3 days and when I finally rang on Thursday they advised that “as per the email sent” to my husband, the house being over 2 years old (it’s 2 years and 2 months- pretty much STILL a brand new home) that it was not covered under warranty for extreme weather conditions. As far as I’m aware, heavy rainfall is not an “extreme weather condition”, we didn’t have a bloody tsunami, heavy rain should not cause flooding and leakage to our brand new home. They also advised us to raise with insurance, which we would have to pay excess for, as Wisdom do not take any responsibility, do not actually care for their customers, and rush their homes whenever they can. They are nice to you until you sign the contract and then treat you like just another number. It’s actually horrible and disgusting.

Do not build with Wisdom Homes. Once they have your money it is very hard to get in touch with them. My house is 3 years old and I have had problem after problem. No one wants to know about the issues that I have had. They are really good at saying " we will get back to you". They promise the best quality and first class finishes but leave you with poor quality and very poor workmanship. They are the most expensive builder and don't let their display homes fool you because the finished product is nothing like what you see in their display homes.

We built an Ambassador with Wisdom Homes. We are very happy with the end result. It is a very beautiful design. The staff are very freindly and helpful. Issues were dealt with in a professional manner. Thank you Wisdom Homes!

Despite the number of times the project managers got changed on my project and the delay it has caused, Wisdom Homes is able to keep the communication open with me and being very transparent with the progress of my house.
Very happy about the level of customer services the company offers. 3 weeks away from the completion, just can not wait to see the final product!

Avoid them if you want to be friends with your neighbours.

I live next to a newly built house.

My first and only complain to their head office was when their brickies were splashing mortar over fenced scaffold straight on to my car. And they tried washing it away after dried out.with bare hands.top coat was scratched. Manager had a chat with foreman and then I had a chat with foreman. Couldn't believe my ears when I heard it was his idea to tell his labourer to use bare hands.
Then I had to chase the roofer off the roof at 6.30am in the morning when he started banging his hammer and had to remind him when he's allowed to start work.
Also had to have a chat with loud gyprockers one Saturday afternoon because they were too loud trying to communicate between different levels.
There were tilers cutting tiles outside. Cars, front yard, windows were all covered in silica dust which they probably don't know causes cancer.
This goes on and goes on with most tradies. And almost none of them stick to DA approved hours.
My last straw was today when one of their subcontractors came to clean all rubbish from front lawn. By front lawn I mean sand/clay at this stage. He used some sort of machinery according my wife and she told me clouds of dust were filling up the street. All cars in near proximity are now covered in layer of sand/dust. It's just unbelievable.
Don't know where they are getting these subbies from.
Called council once but they can't do much about it and told me to call a private certifier to raise issues. Didn't bother because it would have hit dead end anyways.

Guys think twice before you spend hundreds and thousands of dollars for your house with these guys. There seem no much Wisdom about their product
57 Ballymore Avenue, Kellyville Property
Sewer leaked inside the house got soaked in to floor boards, and carpets
Found the issue, and they came and fixed. But floors won't be replaced for one whole week, and till that time I was asked to suck it up and live in that house by the maintenance coordinator called "Tara" (seemed uneducated the way she spoke, no quality or class; cheap attitude after sales customer service staff) Pathetic to hear such comments from a person who represent this builder. And apparently the maintenance coordinator.
And then the next day Sewer started gushing out of laundry room outlet, and then I reported, and I was asked not to use bathrooms for the whole weekend. And Monday they came and dug up and found out in-front of my eyes, Home Sewer line is not connected to the main Sewer line.
And still the so called uneducated, inexperienced Maintenance Coordinator is talking so big, talking to me so badly and still had the guts to say, "oh its a simple thing, they had nothing to do with that"
I'm amazed to hear that cheap and irresponsible talk.before you sign the construction contract I'm pretty sure these guys act as if they're the angels in the building industry, who's absolutely building your dream home.
Further down the lane, another Wisdom house also has had a similar issue. That's what I heard.
So guys you might need to be careful before you spend your hardly earned money on these unreasonable builders.
I'm honestly wondering whether these guys comply with Fair Trading basic rules and regulations. I wish Sydney Fair trading act with some responsibility, do their job right and hold these unreasonable builders accountable for unsupervised jobs.
If nothing goes wrong, with your newly built home, consider you're so lucky. And if things aren't right once Wisdom build your house, then you'll experience this.
Its very sad to see, Builders are ripping off customers, simply because there's no governance, regulations active in the building industry.
God help Australia

What an experience, handled professionally and with the utmost respect. Wisdom homes lived up and beyond our expectations.

Mid construction at the moment and cannot thank John Glavan our SS for his professionalism and drive, always answering our annoying questions and keeping us assured. Thank you!

Caitlin Moore, our CSR has always gone above and beyond with her approach to any inquiries we face with her.

Thank you Wisdom team!

We build a Manhattan home with Wisdom as our forever home. They could not have been more accommodating to all our wishes. Everyone from the team in H/Q, to the on site people were absolutely fantastic. The final product of our house is amazing.
We loved them so much that we are now building another house with Wisdom (Hoot) as to add to our investment portfolio. We have built many investment properties and this build was by far the easiest and best.
My wife and I could not recommend them more highly.
