Had the worst experience with these guys. Purchased some shelving for my garage and after picking them up they were completely rusted. The manager advised I should buy some paint and touch them up? I decided to take them as I drove over 1hr.upon getting home there were 2 shelves missing and they all did not fit. Had to drive all the way back to request a refund upon which the manager did not acknowledged the error or say sorry. Wasted so much time and money and will never get from these guys again.
The office ladies are amazing and were very helpful however stay away from the back warehouse as they all seem moody and angry.

You can't tell how good a business is until you have an issue. I had an issue and these guys bent over backwards to make it right! I could not recommend them more highly! I'm still not 100% sure the issue I had was their fault (I think damaged in before it got to the warehouse) but they provided excellent support over Xmas / New years and sent me out a replacement. Absolutely PERFECT!

Product was as described & the quality & value for money was as expected. Internal felt is a bit poor, but you get what you pay for. Delivery was a bit frustrating & had to call Toll 3 times to finally get a delivery date. WS were helpful & easy to talk to. Will buy from them again when I need to.

These guys have great products and good value for money. Always friendly and helpful when loading up. Have purchased many times now and will purchase again for sure.

To be honest,
Not a good experience, my item still has not turned up.
When i bought it said it would ship to my adress, but not so.
The next day i received an email saying they would ship to the closest warehouse or another $100
Will not buy from this site again.

Change my mind on items had trouble with toll but nothing was a problem at all to this lot service was 100% great I would deal with them again and again

Excellent company to do business with, items at a good price, very easy to communicate with, happy to change the delivery to suit my circumstances, if they have what I want I'll be back.

Purchased an item. Upon delivery the boxes arrived damaged and some parts of the item were missing. Upon inspection and assembly found that some assembly holes had been drilled on an angle and would not line up. Undercut in numerous structural welds, crooked structural parts.

Notified Wholesale Superstore via email, requesting a refund and have received no response. Will refer to Fair Trading.

Best service ever! Great quality, and keep you informed even when the news isn’t so good in these times of extended delivery due to COVID and its ramifications.
No hesitation to recommend them, and will buy from them again in a heartbeat.

Product was delivered earlier than advertised which was great. As for the product itself it serves it’s purpose. The instructions were pretty useless but it wasn’t hard to workout what goes where. I would of preferred the gear shifting table a little closer as I’ve got short arms, but with a little metal and welder you can easily extend the arm.
All in all would definitely buy other products from this wholesaler.

Thanks I haven’t had a chance to put it together yet but I believe it will work beautifully lifting my Harley, thanks again guys

The bike lift is as the description in the information, it works well and I am very happy with it. The service was excellent it was delivered 2 days after I ordered it.

I live in Melbourne and was hesitant to place a big order in case anything went wrong. But im happy to report 5 stars. The communication was fantastic, the entire process of payment and then organising the courier and receiving the goods was seamless. Glass and spigots were packaged well and no issues! I now have a lovely new glass balustrade, looks a million bucks.
I would purchase again with confidence next time. Very happy and thank you!
