In the gritty underbelly of the wholesale superstore, I found a wasteland of customer service akin to a culinary nightmare. The staff, with all the charm of a moldy baguette, exhibited a level of rudeness that left a bitter taste lingering in my soul. If disdain were an ingredient, they'd have it in surplus. This establishment, in its quest for mediocrity, serves a buffet of indifference that even Anthony Bourdain would find hard to stomach.

Poor customer service and terrible quality products. Purchase elsewhere. I suggest reading the other one star reviews here as there are clearly others with the same issues.

I purchased a digital safe which has become faulty within a couple of years. The expectation of a product like this would be to last many many years without issue.

On 9/12/2023 I submitted a dispute through their website which was totally ignored. Over the next two weeks I tried multiple times to contact them via phone and email.

Each time I've called I was told that somebody would call me back within 24 hours.

As of today I have received ZERO follow up from wholesale superstore.

I would advise people to purchase elsewhere as their customer service is abysmal and their products are clearly sub par.

I suspect they are trying to waste my time and hope I give up trying to seek a solution by ignoring me.

The air supply line had been damaged by the lift frame. Ather than that, very happy with the unit.

Bought a Smartmak sauna. They sent the wrong instructions and I nearly burnt my house down. When I contacted Smartmak they refused to send me the right instructions if I didn’t sent them proof of purchase even though I sent them a photo of the actual sauna. Don’t buy Smartmak!

Fantastic safe, with extra protection in bolts. Keys that couldn’t be duplicated. Plenty room for your valuables, and fire protection. Delivery was within 3days of purchase and I live on North Coast & got it delivered to my house with help to get inside.

Bought front and rear paddock stands, both excellent quality and work perfectly, quick delivery, great price highly recommended. AND ozzy company, good stuff.

The bike rack was quite cheap to buy, it was delivered quite quickly and it was a reasonable price, unfortunately it is very sloppy in the towbar hitch, it flopped backwards and forwards and from side to side excessively, I have modified it to make it stronger and firm, but I can't say that I recommend it.

This is a great business! Huge range of quality gear at very reasonable prices, and they ship super quick.

Great product. Have found however that I need to remove the two (2) upright supports as it will not fit under my motorcycle. While delivery was a little longer than what I expected, when my order arrived it was packed extremely well to protect it.
