Dont visit on a hot day Air Con is rubbish, nice when you walk in but that's where it stops. Food is good value & staff are pleasant.

I haven't been ther for ages, however the staff were friendly and helpful. I had a very relaxing and enjoyable afternoon and evening.

We looked at the website the night before we travelled 4 hours to Newcastle, to make sure we knew where we could eat. The club website on opening said no bookings required. We didn't go further into website We paid to be social members went in and found you had to book into restaurant and only booking was 2 hours later. We left. Waste of over an hour driving there and back to another eatery. Waste of money joining club we just walked in and out of. Won't go there again. Website misleading.

Did like this club but meals at the Bistro are way to expensive now. Prawn salad $28 about 6 prawns, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, & macadamia nuts. Basa salad & chips $17. I can go to Aldi and buy a full bag of basa fillets for $6 and a bag of barramundi $18. A bit disapointing these days.

Was rudely told by a 95 year old "security" guard, "if your not a member turn around and walk away" that was just after seeing a very intoxicated woman exit the club and had jumped into her car driven of erratically, nearly crashing her car!
I dont understand how they can let a ", member" leave the premises let alone drive in the state she was in yet i wasn't welcome inside the club for not being a member? Thanks wests Mayfield you have made my membership decision a whole lot easier.

I like this place because the staff friendly and come across with a professional attitude all too willing to help. The clientele are of mixed age group which makes for an easy going feel to the place and it is never packed out so that you can't move or get around the club freely, has everything you want in a club of that type well worth becoming a member.

A great place to go meet freinds. Went watched the footy had a tea arfterwoods. Lots of meals to choose from served hot and fresh. Staff are realy nice easy to talk to. Wide choice of deserts.

Service good. Lasagne in bistro inedible. Just lasagne sheets with tomato paste smeared on it. Disgusting.

No vegetarian lunch options except for a salad sandwich on white bread. Sorry it's not hard to cater for all

We called in to have a quick bite to eat at lunchtime it was a really nice meal and it didn't take too long to come out we got to play some Keno had a couple of drinks and then was on our way back to Anna Bay we quite enjoyed our time at West at Mayfield unfortunately I didn't take any photos but if you go and have a look at the place you'll understand why no photos because I was too busy enjoying myself at the nice club thank you to the staff and thank you for such a nice lunch from mwh

Great place to play Bingo, able to meet new friends.
The meals are very tasty, try the roast of the day, yummo.
Numerous spots to sit and relax, have a drink or coffee while chatting to friends.

Club is good, went out to my car in the lower carpark, stood on something, looked down and it was a huge dead rat! Sort of turned me off the place.

I'm on my 7th visit within the last year here and everytime I'm greeted happy and friendly staff.
The food everytime is cooked to perfection, even when they have a full house.

Great club! Entrance staff always greet you with a smile. Always something on and there is plenty of parking under cover. Went there for Xmas lunch, lovely food and setup. Go every Thursday for Bingo. Joel and Tony are awesome! Bistro meals could be better. Club staff are great. Highly recommend!

Good parking space, gym and swimming facilities available. Not many eateries or options but prices are reasonable

More impressive these days then it was years ago. Really good venue with heaps of food options

This is for the cafe only, the Quality of the cakes and coffee is average at Best am not sure why this cafe is not up to the standard at the Wests New Lambton site

There bistro ordering process left a lot to be desired. Food was ok.staff weren't all that helpful

Waited over 1 and a half hours for fathers day lunch, it destroyed our fathers day. It wasn't even busy. Worst place to go if you want a quick feed. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Waiting 1hr 40mins for our bistro meal to be cooked. No refund allowed, no warning it would take this long. Another 30 people all waiting also. Chefs are incompetent and should all be sacked immediately.
