Westpac Branch

If you have two names and two last names (900 million just in south America) this is not the bank for you.took them 3 weeks and 3 visit to the bank to figure out my name as they have no training to deal with more than one name.any other bank dosent have this issue.

What a horrible customer service. Spoke with 2 reps both of them provided me with wrong information and were completely unhelpful. Had to call mobile desk support that help me within 5min instead on 30 min spent at the branch. Also after I asked to check security information and was told it was fine, and it wasn't make you really wonder if westpac take security serious.

Best bank Ive ever been to. Bank Manager Steven provides the most exceptional customer service! Keep up the great work!:)

Although this was my final transaction at this location, could have had a better customer service experience

Bad customer service. Always says they will call you back but doesn't. No body ever picks up the branch telephone listed on their website.

Went there for 2 days to open a transaction and savings account. The customer service level was exceptional. The concierge lady (sorry I don't remember you name) was extreme welcoming and helpful. The personal banker, Paige Vernon, who helped me set up a savings account was really nice and took the time to explain all little details. Thank you so much guys! Coudn't have asked for more really:)

Poor customer service not just once but every single time I visited the branch. Not sure if they do care about their customers at all.

I have been a regular customer for over four years. The staffs in this branch took common courtesy to an uncommon level. I am so grateful for your help.
