I have been sold a faulty Dash cam that I have been trying to return it for a refund for the past 6 weeks. After spending 55k cash in their dealer shop they don't want to take the faulty dash cam back which is worth $500. I will definitely tell everyone I know to stay away from this place.really unprofessional

With owning a building company we have several trucks and Ute's we purchased our first hilux from these amazing guy's Ben and joe from Western Toyota amazing customer service and we will definitely be purchasing more Ute's in future.

As a new customer I had a fantastic experience. This was my first time to buy a brand new car and it was one of the best milestones of my life which I will never forget. A gentleman (Rouni William) was so professional and he provided all the required information about cars, policies and different options for me. In the beginning, I was so confused but he kindly and with patience explained to me every single detail that I need to know. Also, Sarah Salem in every single step helped me a lot. She was available all the time when I had a question, and her response to my emails were almost immediate and instantaneous. Both Rouni and Sarah were professional. Thank you Western Toyota I AM VERY VERY HAPPY AND I WILL RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ALL MY FRIENDS.

First and last visit to this place, worst experience dropped my car for them to find the problem they couldn't find the problem and they wanted to send the parts to other companies in Melbourne just to get tested for $800, toyota company doesn't know how to find the problem and wants to send parts to others companies to find the problem for them, what an inexperienced toyota company. At the end they couldn't find the problem and they charged me $250 for nothing! I had to take my car from them and i get it fixed elsewhere and the problem wasn't even the part they wanted to send.really bad and unprofessional customer service and they think they are smart by doing that to the customers. Waste of money and wasted my time with useless people.

Just bought a car from Robert. He was so helpful! Was with us from start to end. Best customer service. Ensured we were happy with the car before we drove off. Definitely recommend this dealership to everyone.

Recently visited them related to car service their formen took a test drive with me and pointed the issue same as i felt in the car and booked my vehicle for whole day to fix the issue after two hours i received message that your car is ready to pickup when i went to pickup they said it has no issue while the issue is still there and its second time they did same thing dont know what they r trying to save by missguiding their customers because the car is in warrenty. Would never visit them again.

Service dept manager help me sort my concern where my purchase dealer in Hornsby can't help. All the staff I came across is friendly and kind especially Derek (courtesy bus driver). I really appreciated and thank you for they hard work.

I’m quite unhappy with the customer service. Especially Zeina, she introduced herself and mentioned she is from the “finance department”, we discussed interested rates and I said it’s a little too high for me. I don’t even think that is her department as she was very unprofessional. She just left us in the office and walked out, without telling us anything. I came to try and buy a car but left because of this atrocious customer service. Will never be back and will be telling everyone to not come here again.

For the past few weeks, I've been several Toyota dealerships. I did not end up buying a car here because they didn't have the CHR colour that I wanted. However, I was compelled to leave a positive review after dealing with Robert. He was incredibly professional, helpful and calm; a pleasantly refreshing experience compared to the other dealers I had the misfortune of dealing with. Well done Robert!
