77We brought a Toyota Car everything is good the company is amazing but when the time came for the car to be checked like car service the service was rubbish when you talk to them they don’t pay attention to you we told them to not do stuff but they did them and they charged us for it we went to the company and we told them that they charged us for stuff we didn’t wanted them to be serviced they said we can’t do anything for you so I just want to say there service is rubbish but the car and the company is good. I am a mechanic and i even checked behind them when they charged me for all these things that i told them to not touch them.
Western Toyota is amazing, I was apply for new 2023 kluger hybrid week before, but I received an around 8 days so very quick, sale staff Sarah and anther anther person so help about the all documents then guide car all everything, both in very friendly and helpful, i recommend for everyone coming western Toyota,

Toyota has gone out of its way to improve it service these days with so much competition. They are adapting for the better thankfully.

Just wanted to quickly say what a wonderful experience i had from the service department at western Toyota. Everyone was so helpful over the phone and in person and can’t stress enough how amazing everyone was the whole time. Will be moving my services across to this great dealership.
Called this morning to book my car service. The customer service person very rude and shouting. Please give more training for the staff. Feel shame. Never go this place.

The worst dealership disgusting attitude from the finance people, sale, service department. They deserve 00000 start don’t walk in be careful from this people.
In regards to both the sales and the service team, it really is hit and miss. You could either receive good, honest service or the complete opposite.

Don't buy their fake smiles. Receptionists and managers are thinking about their bonuses and they are overbooking a lot of jobs for one day
The mechanics are rushing the jobs if you drop off your car in the morning and see lots of cars line up in their little drive way make a U-turn and go somewhere else
your car suppose to drive smoothly after a full service but in my case it's different I hear noises which I never heard before servicing my car and the car runs very rough
Full service wasn't the only job on my car, had electrical issue and worn out front brakes Requested to diagnose and replace front brakes. It didn't happen only because they were too busy
That's why I assume that my car didn't even get full serviced according to the service history book because I got a text to come and pick up the car only after 2 hrs dropping it off and never got informed that the brakes And the electrical issue wasn't fixed.
Bunch of liars, not a trustworthy company not honest with what they doing.

Money was stolen out of my vehicle
I spoke with Monique on the phone she said I could come check the cameras.
I get there an I speak with the manager an he is showing pictures taken on his mobile phone of other peoples belongings in other peoples cars.
I asked to see the cameras an there was multiple excuses as to why I couldn’t see the cameras.
The manager also said there had been previous situations where other peoples belongings have been stolen.
I didn’t expect to get the money back I just wanted them to know there is a thief working in the company but that’s obviously known & nothing is being done about it.

Very disappointing service from this dealership. Went in and got priced up for a new SR5, the usual back and forth with negotiation. Finally agreed on a price. My details were taken to write up the order. Sales rep then comes back saying there was a mistake with the pricing and would require more money. I don't understand how this could happen when in negotiations all the pricing was clearly in front of them. A couple of thousand in difference, i was not going to pay the extra just on principle. Deal was not done and left very disappointed. I have no issues with the sales rep making a mistake, people make mistakes. I do have a problem with prices changing after a deal has been done.
Came in the have the dpf replaced in my toyota. No hassle, great staff, great job. Will not go anywhere else for my services

Booked the vehicle for first service 10k! First thing in the morning @ 0830.
Received a call at 12: 28, was busy at work couldn’t talk the call.
Caller (don’t want to mention names) didn’t leave any message!
Told the guy that I’ll be back @ 3pm to pickup the vehicle, when I turned up to pick up the vehicle.
I was told that they were calling to let know that they have moved my pickup time from 3 to 4pm.
I don’t read peoples mind over a missed call, without any voice mail.
Use the technologies available! Leave a voice mail or if not these days we all have cell phone services, leave a txt message to inform.
Had leave the job half done to be here @ 3 and couldn’t even go to my last job off the day at all.

Great customer service, confident service advisors and trustworthy service staff. Wouldn’t hurt them to employ more staff to accommodate Toyota’s quick service promise.
I had my car serviced here about 2 weeks ago, they charged me $90 for window wipers and one is short which means when it rains I can’t see. I have tried to call and email but no one will get back to me so I can schedule a time to get one the window wipers changed. Wouldn’t recommend getting your car serviced here.
At westren toyota i got my finance staff here are really nice and every time i needed help they were there for me. I big thanks to joe for making my finance application very easy. Also big thanks to sarah for on going help with my application also
