We purchased a house on the basis of Vital's report but the inspection report failed to mention at least 50 cracks and holes in aluminum flat roof sealed with roof sealant (report stated "no defects" in the roof inspection section) - We needed to replace roof which was $10k and this would have been very handy to know when negotiating the purchase of house.

(edit: definitely was a customer, service performed on 7-3-2017, invoice no. PB3116, posted some photos too. I am sure it was honest oversight, however I found the comment of "no defects" on this inspection report under the roof section worth mentioning via the review system)

(2nd edit: I am disappointed you are trying to claim I have you confused with another company, even googling the phone number on the invoice i have attached shows the phone number is associated with Vital, the phone is also listed within Vital website. New pictures attached showing the search result of the phone number.)

Review systems are brilliant, they give customers opportunities to share their perspective and it gives suppliers opportunity to make matters right and improve their products/service, this was an opportunity for you to display the right attitude and make matters rights instead you have opted to try to fool 3rd party readers of this review here and I feel you have made this matter look worse for your company!
