Took my car in for the first time and I couldn't be happier. Michael and his team are professional, honest and reliable. They went above and beyond and the level of customer service was exceptional. I will certainly refer family and friends to Vaucluse Auto Repairs.

Great repair shop, my dad and I have taken our cars there for maintenance several times. Very honest and nice service, have helped me fix little things for free a few times- they do good business I'll definitely keep coming back.

Very friendly, helpful team. They do the little extras - like checking tyre pressure when you get an indicator fixed, cleaning the car after a service. They working quickly and efficiently and are just all round nice people!

Hands down the best garage I've used. Michael (owner, I think) makes you feel like a client rather than a customer, and makes you feel like he wants your business for years, rather than just fixing the problem at hand. Outside of just getting the car fixed and serviced there, I've asked him advice about buying a new car, had my old car checked when selling and so on. They really make you feel looked after. Way more than just a garage - there's a reason they're always busy!

Again I had problems (electrical-blown brake light bulbs, I rang Michael and he said bring it up afterr lunch, one of his guys changed both brakelights and because there is about 6 screws and covers etc his guy being expert hav it all fixed in 15 minutes and AGAIN Michael refused to accept any Payment only a request that when I am due for service or rego check, book it in with him. What else can I tell you
