We recently signed a contract for a House and Land Package with Vantage Homes. The expereince so far has been amazing with prompt response and guidance at every level. Very professional and friendly team and they take care of everything. I have been working with Jeet for my property, The whole expereince is so pleasant and hassle free, and the thing I like about Jeet and Vantage Homes is, they are being very transparent to what can be done and no false committments. Unlike other builders, Vantage Homes shows real display homes which are actually built for customers than the fancy homes which other builders try to market. Looking at the built house and the quality of the build, We are very convinced and confident that we are building our dream home with the best in the industry. We recently signed contract for a new house and land package from Vantage which is due to be registered in July. Have been dealing with Jeet and had a really pleasant and professional experience with them. Jeet made me understand Australia real estate market works, Council Norms and etc, as i am a beginner in terms of Australia Real Estate. The thing with Jeet is he came from a financial planning background. So the advice they provide is balanced and unbiased and not unlike any builders that fail to see things beyond property. I was a bit like others where I wanted to stick to big brand names builder, but pleasantly surprised to see the difference. Vantage team has great communication, always one phone call away and support you.

The registration is due in July and build follows. I have confidence that we will have an equally great experience with quality and timelines of the build. Will come back and edit this review perhaps later based on that. 100% recommended thus far!

I have built several properties before, but first time came across such professional service provided by Jeet at Vantage Luxe Homes.
I was able to see the display home on Sunday, very happy with the quality. Got all my questions answered and options given to me considering my needs, rather what is available on the market - so have decided to go ahead and build with them. Thank you Vantage Luxe Homes, will be definitely recommending to my family and friends.

We are glad we bought our first home and land in Riverstone with Vantage. Their service levels and were exceptional. As we are new Australians, the team at Vantage not only explained me the basics of home buying but to my surprise they sensed I was bit hesitant in English and boom, I heard ‘Ola’! The team member, Prerna spoke to us in Spanish. Explained us the market around Riverstone/Box Hill and helped us shortlist the properties. The major difference I noticed between vantage and others was that they will speak to you, ask questions and understand your needs and then recommend the properties that suit your needs. Their approach is very Taylor made whereas others had an approach of ‘one size fits all’.
I have now been comparing my inclusions and prices of the house and land package I bought and it seems to be much better value I was being offered elsewhere. We highly recommend Prerna and Vantage Luxe Homes

Very shady agents. The agent got kind of offended when I asked him about the company's profile and who the owner of the land is. Instead of answering my legit questions, he showed a very irritated attitude as if I have asked a confidential question.
They were very reluctant to tell any truth about the house and land packages in box hill. The not so smart Agent was showing me the available land's list on his phone and I read the name of QARTABA HOUSING on the top. Another notorious land seller. Their land is not going to be registered untill the end of this year and this agent said that it'll be registered in March 2020.

Went with my partner to view some display homes that vantage had on display. Adviced that was looking for an investment and had no help from the consultant was to busy eating his lunch and on the phone. He never came and walked threw the house with me and my partner.
Also he was quite rude like we disturbed him
From eating and also his was on the phone talking in a different language. And me and my partner just standing there. Also I did make a call to complain about this persons attitude and had no return call.

Our journey with vantage homes began back in 2017 when we purchased a block of land through Ninder. Ninder has used his personal experience and expertise in guiding us through the process of building towards our first home. Now we don't live in a perfect world and are dependent on lot of things in a project like this and instances where there has been any issues Ninder has used his problem solving approach to find solutions rather then passing the blame. Process and stages of development along with time frames were explained to us. While finalising our plans, we are allowed time to make changes and was surprised with level of customisation that was offered to us.
One thing I would however suggest is, the response time for queries from the team and something that can be worked on.

In addition to all this Ninder and his wider team have also helped us in our finance and conveyancing side of things and helped us in clearing any hurdles and barriers we had with their holistic approach.

Currently we are in the building stage and have been happy with what we have seen so far and can't wait to move into our new house.

Ninder and his team at Vantage Luxe Homes have gone above and beyond for my husband and I, helping us to over come many first home buying hurdles. They were flexible with all of our personalised requests for our build. Not one request we gave was to hard for them and everything on our wish list has been achieved.
I am so glad that we made our decision to build with Vantage Luxe Homes as they far exceed the quaility of service that we expected. Many of the other building companies we enquired with did not come close to offering the value for money that vantage luxe homes were offering.

This review is based on our experience with our builder “Vantage Properties Australia Pty Ltd”

We are building with *VANTAGE GROUP*. The construction started somewhere in 2nd/3rd week of August 2018 and is almost in the last stage of completion. Comparatively quick with construction so far as well as the quality of work done is good. We are quite happy with the progress of things till now.

Both the gentlemen, Mr Ninder Singh & Mr Harpal Singh are very helpful and flexible regarding changes as per our requirement.

The only issue we have is regarding the customer service / communication, otherwise quite professional.

Will definitely suggest them to people we know who would like to build.

Can highly recommend them.
