If I had the option to give more than 5 stars I would not hesitate to do it-Personally for me - Vantage is a Superstar- A Star that holds its own place in a galaxy of builders. We had inquired about our custom build from a few builders before I met Ninder, meeting him was the best thing that happened in the process. He was quick to understand our requirement, provide a very detailed solution with top inclusions as standard. I had the flexibility to move things around, upgrade certain inclusions based on our needs, where we were not sure of something he was always available to help and guided us professionally and took personal interest in our "Dream". I felt very comfortable, always in good hands and treated like family. There were minor delays due to the covid lockdowns, but Ninder and his team were always one step ahead. I will be building with Vantage again in the very near future. Ninder helps with not only the build but provides personal advise to his clients to help them make better decisions during the build. This is something I have not come across earlier. I would recommend Ninder and Team Vantage to anyone looking to build; based on the my experience with the Quality, Ease, Clarity, Pricing, Transparency, Custom builds, Professionalism and Knowledge.

We finally got the keys to our house in January. While it took a while to complete (due to Covid, weather, supply, manpower issues, etc.), it was all worth it in the end. I would like to thank JD Makkar (Jas) for his tremendous support regarding the purchase of my home and land package in Riverstone, NSW. Jas is highly experienced and knowledgeable about house designs and land value. He listened to what we wanted in our house and carefully presented a design that would be within our budget. Jas keeps us posted on the progress of the house. The house is almost ready. It is looking great and we are planning to move into our new home soon. I am writing this to say a big thank you to the Vantage team. You have done a phenomenal job in building our house. They not only provided a professional building experience, but, also supported us at each step. From buying till handover, at each stage they have been very supportive and always lead us in the right direction.

We never imagined that we could ever own such a beautiful house, it felt like we walked into a display home and could not believe that we own it. Vantage is prompt at resolving any request we had. Their prices are very reasonable, further to this quality is superb.

Initially, when we came across Vantage, we were adamant that we will build our house with Vantage, from day 1 they have been very transparent & flexible and never forced a decision for us but guided us. We bought the land at a very right point in time, we were lucky and their efforts helped us make a right decision were commendable.

I had a very good experience building with Vantage Luxe Home in Marsden Park. Jazz Makkar was the sales consultant and he really helped us in explaining each and every minute details regarding the house construction. He spent enough time with us while we were viewing the display home, understanding what all things are included in each package and the additional pricing required for the upgrades. He did a walk through of the plan and provided suggestions in working out the best plan as per our budget and requirements.

Thank you Vantage Luxe Homes for building our first home! We were very nervous when we started looking for our first home as we did not know who is a good agent and good builder who will look after us even after the home is finished. We are now thank that we made a good decision. Our house design too a long time to finalise (also partly us because we made a lot of custom changes) infact Vantage lodged council approval but we wanted more changes so they even withdrew the application, modified the kitchen the way I wanted and then lodged for approval again (and it cost extra, but we are happy). We moved into our house in May 2020. It's little more than 1 year. Our experience even after handover has been very good. If there is anything to be loked after we were sent maintenance team straightaway. Somethings did took slightly longer such as our Stacker door as it was slow and heavy to close. They booked service with the window company Wideline I think it was but they took a few days to come this may be them being a very big company but overall we are very happy.

If you don't want to waste your money and time then don't choose Vantage Luxe Homes. Absolutely unprofessional staff, delivery and you will chase them to get thing done and they wont respond back to you. Please do not introduce another problem in your life.

Had a fantastic experience as Nancy and Ninder were very responsive and attentive to my requirements. They showed me multiple property options based on my family’s needs and our budget.

At each step of the way, Vantage provided great insight. At any point where I challenged them on something, they graciously took feedback and improved.

I appreciate Lakshay and Depansa for their hard work and support. They have got all luxury inclusions normally other builder do not offer in the price. Great Work done. Rajeev Miglani one of the sales associate supported me from buying the land to building the house and suggested few changes that i made and i feel very happy about that.he was very responsive and supportive and made the whole process very smooth. Overall i am happy with the quality of work and service Vantage provided.

My journey with Vantage started in 2018. I found Vantage through facebook and met Ninder on one fine Sunday morning to discuss about few home and land packages. Ninder explained us how to buy first home, financial terms, mortgage n everything. Honestly it was so nice from him to share the knowledge. We saw his display home in Riverstone and extremely impressed. Me n my wife decided that day if we are building house, we are building with Vantage. We were almost to decide on a land in schofields at that time but things did not work out for some reason. But we always had the Trust and genuinity from Ninder. I contacted Vantage Luxe Homes months ago to enquire about a house and land package listed online. When I called, the guy I spoke to was dismissive and seemed like he had better things he would rather be doing. I asked general questions and was fobbed off. He told me to send him a text with my email address so he could send me some packs with information. I sent the text immediately after the phone call and never heard anything. No text, no email and no calls. Now, 7+ weeks later I get a random email from Vantage Luxe. I did not subscribe to their mailing list but I’m now getting these emails?

Non responsive, unprofessional, disrespectful and I would recommend you don’t even bother contacting them. Use your value time and money and go elsewhere.

I contacted Vantage Luxe Homes for turn key package, Lakshay and Hirdey were very responsive and helpful in understanding our needs AND providing us with affordable quotations including all the upgrades needed.
