35Unbelievable. GP was unfriendly. Only made a diagnosis after telling him what my previous GP told me. Can't believe there wasn't any kind of concern for your patients.
Strongly recommend you to bring sth to do to survive from the never-ending waiting. I've always bought my homework with me to go through time.
I'm confused that even there's barely any people arevisiting (me and another person), I still need to wait more than half an hour.
Very professional and helpful doctors, nurses and reception staffs. Waiting times are understandable as they are looking at our problems in detail and finding an absolute outcome.
Dr yu zhang, the female doctor, she is so rude and impatient. I don't know why people like this could become doctor. Just a waste of money and time.

The young staff on the right side of reception is so rude, never say please. Does she realize she’s the staff not the owner of the centre?
Reception staff is rude. Had to wait over an hour after my appointment time. Generally unpleasant experience for a sick university student to travel to campus and then be made to wait so long.
Reception lady is so rude and the waiting time is always ridiculously long even with an appointment booking. But doctor Crystal is lovely and helpful and the only reason I keep coming back.
For those complaining that 45 min is too long too wait despite staff friendliness and excellent service, all I can say is this: First World Problems
Can I be honest? The guys in the pharmacy store at the quad are even more professional than the GP in this campus clinic. I’m not even exaggerating. If you have small problems like a cold, a fever, skin problem or infection I’d suggest you just ahead straight right to the pharmacy at the quad and the asian guy in glasses will give you a deeper perspective and more professional suggestion on drug use and daily care methods than those GPs sitting in their offices LOL and it costs less and you don’t need to pay huge amount of $$ to be told some useless information.
And this is not hate, just my personal experience LOL.
I don’t usually comment on campus services but this clinic is money wasting, the doctors are just average who give not that helpful advice. I’ve been there more than 10 times because of convenience. If you’re a student don’t go there smh I’m so disappointed.
I even got a wrong diagnosis and was sent to the Hospital at the late night. Never come back again.
Long waiting times. Very few doctors that are actually helpful and very expensive for service provided.
Reception is understaffed for the number of students. However, some doctors there are very good. Ask friends to pick a good one.
Dr. Charalambous is wonderful. Waiting times are pretty awful, esp.if you need to be somewhere else afterwards on time.
I do my best to be understanding as these services are often understaffed, but I’d like to make people wary of an incredibly rude, disgustingly mannered staff member at reception. Indeed some staff have been absolutely lovely and deserve thanks, but one in particular (you’ll know her when you meet her) is beyond rude, judgmental, and totally inconsiderate, outwardly so. Treats you like a moron over the phone when you call in advance “too late” to confirm appointments (as early as I possibly could over 24hrs prior- this has happened on two occasions now!) and has behaved disgracefully towards me (shouting at me when I once forgot to check out in person after a particularly exhausting health appointment, although all Medicare details are already logged) in front of a chockers waiting area. Clearly I’m not the only one who has had trouble with her based on the reviews. Horrible.
