Well, if ur sick & u want to visit doc then thr is fairly chances that u won't able to get an appointment that day.instead they will offer an appointment with doc after 2-3 days.

Practically just think; one have high fever & body pain & now you need to visit doc u won't get an appointment.u will get after some days.in that case either you will be seriously ill or u will be recovered!

Well, Sickness nvr ask for appointment!

Also for just for injection u won't able to meet Nurses as sometimes they don't have nurses as well

I will rate minus stars if I could. I do not recommend this medical centre under any circumstance.
The receptionists are extremely rude, unprofessional, and lack courtesy and compassion.
The doctor that saw me was condescending and unprofessional.
The manager could not care less about my complain and she was also condescending and lack professionalism.
I booked for 2 vaccinations with a week in advance. I was travelling to the city for work and I had several meetings to attend to so I booked the appointment much earlier than my 1st meeting.
My appointment was already 20min late to begin with. To my surprise they did not have one of my vaccines in stock and asked me to go and buy it myself and come back. Obviously that will mean that I was going to be late for work. No one apologised not even one time.
The receptionists reacted rudely when I express my concerns and stated this was intolerable. I asked to see the manager and the receptionist asked her to come see me after they gossiped about the situation. The manager was rude and cold, did not accept her mismanagement and even asked med twice if I had booked for the vaccines (when I had stated that several times). I am a veterinary surgeon and if I book a patient in and I don't have the medication for that patient, my first step will be to apologise for my own mistake and make things easier for my patient.
No one apologized, and in fact all of them made me feel as if it was my own mistake.
I was obviously very late for my meetings.

This is a Toxic environment completely not the place for sick people who need compassion and understanding.
Avoid at all costs.

Dr. Gerard Cudmore was uninterested, dismissive and arrogant and refused to hear me out. He did not even ask me to list my symptoms but blatantly dismissed my concerns. If your mental health is remotely fragile, I recommend against seeing this ‘mental health specialist’.

Lady at the receptionist is so disrespectful although I have been decent from beginning to the end.

Dr Gerard Cudmore is unprofessional, dismissive, and condescending.

As a ‘mental health specialist’ he showed little respect towards sensitive mental health issues. He criticised my psychologist and my decisions and showed no passion towards his work. I would recommend against seeing Dr Gerard Cudmore unless you want to leave feeling less supported than when you walked in.

I recommend against seeing Dr Zinnia Lo. I found her dismissive, hurtful and unprofessional. She engaged in victim blaming behaviour.

She also interpreted my good faith questions regarding my medication and requests for clarification and explanations regarding medical information, as challenges to her authority.

I trusted this GP with handling my health concerns both in good faith and in my best interests and I found my trust severely violated.

If you have any kind of medical trauma, are an abuse survivor, or if you like to understand your medical conditions - please avoid Dr Lo.

The doctors were nice, especially Dr. Dr Katarzyna. However, the receptionist (forgot her name but with an accent) was always very rude. It isn't helpful for patients who are already unwell. She just aggravates it. Maybe the HR should screen receptionists, being they're the first point of contact, who are NATURALLY polite and with a pleasant phone etiquette.

Bad service. The receptionist is rude and offers little help. She also discriminates international students that have language barriers.

It is unfortunate that there is no 0 in reviews. I booked a session 6 days before, and the reception emailed me 7 mins before the video GP session saying i'm not eligible for the session.

The reception had 6 days, and 7 mins before the call receptionist emails me and says im not eligible. It was extremely frustrating towards the receptionist and this is all i can do. Give 1 star.

Just a warning for people who don't go to GPs regularly and are looking for one. This isn't the place for anything mental-health related unless you're a regular.

I'd like to take some time to thank Dr Zinnia Lo. She is very kind and caring. She takes time to listen to her patient and gives out good advice. I am truely grateful for her help over my long-term health issue. Everyone values their health, and having a caring a doctor just makes you feel really grateful. I recommand Dr Zinnia Lo without any hesitation.

I highly recommend Dr. Anna Raif.
She is always patient and gives me relevant reading materials so that I could learn more about my health condition. She would tell me what kind of drugs I needed. For example, she would tell me what kind of drugs did not need to buy the one too expensive or buy a specific brand, which made me as a student not to worry too much about the expenditure.

Love the clinic.

Super easy for students, particularly international students, to get their essential GP/Healthcare needs.

Never had a problem with the staff or the physicians.

I book online and only call in to clarify or cancel an appointment.

No longer do bulk billing for university staff. The public system trained these doctors now they think they're better than it. How sad.

I've been going here for years and most of the doctors are excellent. As with every doctor, some of them haven't suited me but the fact that they let you book an appointment and choose the same GP every time is a huge benefit

I waited for 40mins, and the receptionists were so unfriendly. The doctor was unprofessional, he measured my blood pressure 5 times.

Reception staff stuffed up my medicare claim, so i had to take time off work and go into a Medicare branch to get monies back. At no time did reception staff apologise for the mishap. Poor customer service. Will not go back here.

No one was informed Clinic was changing from bulk-billed to private and I had an urgent appointment booked and couldn't afford it. No emails sent, advertisements, just a piece of paper at reception. So much for 'health care', they just want your money. Horrible experience and I feel really sad some people, just like me, had no other options and now unfortunately, I no longer have a GP. Would never have gone there if it was not bulk-billed anyway.

Called to book an appointment, they said we have walk in service (which is a big lie). In two occasions they asked me to go the next day or after 4hours. Also, very unfriendly staff.
