(Part I is in my other review by Sarah R. Ralda)

It's not for anyone who wants immediate results, is only focused on body image or who's not ALL IN for one's best in training/movement!

The only "downside" of this could be that for absolute beginners -who have almost no idea of certain muscle parts, the body's structure, who don't have a very great body awareness or only need a program to loose weight in order to be able to move in a regular way- the terminology, certain exercise names etc.could be overwhelming. There's so much information in their program and to consider, if you have never done any sports, never been to a gym or so, the amount of information or everything that you could be training or tackling is huge.
I majored in PE (in German High School) and have always been learning about exercises, sports etc.and it still was a challenge. But it's not a negative aspect for me, it just means that I was lacking a lot of knowledge and correct habit of movement/training and of course: big amount of lack/damage=a lot of time/energy has to go into "rehab".
This didn't stop me because I knew that not investing into it would lead to way more frustration and pain in the future. NO PAIN NO GAIN!
The best I could recommend is to block 1-2 weekends and dive into it and get a "overdose" of the UMS.

The first time I have ever posted a review, but I felt that I had to. I watched a video on YouTube on improving overhead mobility. Following the video I did some of the mobility exercises for the FIRST time today. I have struggled in this area, and I promised myself during the lockdown l would address it. By the end of the session today, I reached arm overhead for the first time in YEARS. I thought that might happen after a week, NOT the first day. I am so happy that I came across unity Gym. After 35 years of training I feel inspired to continue to improve my stretching. Brilliant!

I found unity gym's content 1 year ago, I wanted to learn about flexibility to help with my handstand and press to handstand. There videos on YouTube really help me understand the concepts of strength with flexibility, never before have I seen information like this even in my 8 years of Personal Training. I learnt about, compression strength, mobility, loaded flexibility techniques, contract relax stretching principles, the importance of end range strength, intelligent programming and much more. This was all from watching there YouTube channel and being a part of the FB mastermind group. I'm from Brisbane so all my learning was done by watching there YouTube videos. So, it doesn't matter if you are in other state or country they can help you. I flew in to Sydney to attending a workshop at their gym, which open my mind up to more about end range strength. They had an international guest coach from Belgium Joachim Hilderson who was amazing to learn from. Unity Gym have given me a new look on train principles that I have applied to myself, this has made me more flexible, stronger and finally unlocked the press to handstand. Thank you for adding so much value to the world, we appreciate all you are doing, please keep going as you inspire us every day. Much love brothers!

Hey just wanted to do a shout out on here regarding the programs these guys offer. I've tried a couple of similar of online training models and none have worked but this one is well worth it. I'm 48 years old and have always tried to keep pretty fit but last year I was paying easily $300/month on chiro/physio and myopractic on my lower back that earlier last year (though I had always had lower back issues and a pretty significant anterior tilt) went chronically bad for some reason. The UMS Foundation program has been integral, I believe, in fixing it and such that I have very few issues anymore. If you're sitting on the fence about getting in then believe me it's worth it, these guys know their stuff. It's helped my structural issues and weaknesses (many of which I never new existed) amazingly.

There is a lot of information available in the movement mastermind and UMS material. It is awesome but also a bit overwhelming. However, just listening to Rad, Yani and Phil allows absorption by osmosis – one gets used to the terminology, nomenclature, philosophy behind the programs and structure. This then sets a foundation for the program which in turn enables this substructure to support the other programs.

Wow, a long way of saying “Great work guys”.

I am a young 61 and at 60 I decided to do something about the body that had seen years of sitting in offices, planes and working long days and late nights. After 5 post-grad degrees I also realised I needed to go back to school and be a “white belt” at health and fitness. I am so grateful I found the guys and UMS.

The unity gym team focuses on flexibility and full body strength versus lifting weights to bulk up. As I enter my late 40s so much of my flexibility is gone and the unity gym 18 min stretch routine is helping me get it back. My only regret is that I can’t train with them in person!

Before using the flexibility video, I could not touch the floor. I was about 5 inches away. After doing the video just one time I was able to easily reach the floor at my fingertips. I can’t wait to see what happens after using the video for a month!

I love your instructional videos, and love how you place equal emphasis on mobility and strength. I am a Physical Therapist so I have a good working knowledge of how the body moves and you guys are really knowledgeable. Thanks for all the info.

While surfing my feed on Facebook late December of 2018 I came across yet another organisation offering a "special deal" for an online Calisthenics workout program. I won't lie, I, like many of you reading this, thought here we go, not another scam. I'd already bought four other programs earlier that year so truth be told I thought what's one more, this one might actually work.

What drew me in initially was the flexibility aspect of the program. Neither of the other four programs I'd purchased placed any emphasis on flexibility, in fact absolutely no mention of it whatsoever. So I enthusiastically reached for my credit card and boom I was in. I kid you not, I was super excited to get into this.

I received the welcome email within a few minutes with links to all the stretching and mobility routines and the best part a group Facebook page giving me direct contact with Rad and Yani Burmeister, the founders of Unity Gym which by the way is 10 mins from where I live. This 100% confirmed to me these guys were REAL! Rad even said to me "You should pop by and say g'day" so I did: D

If you're looking for authentic, genuine, no nonsense, solid coaching, trainers who are passionate about wanting the absolute best from their clients I can tell you first hand that these two guys are who you want to look out for. Their approach to Calisthenics is so much more than just how to do this move or that move. What I find so unique about them is the depth they go into explaining the basic mechanics of a move through their tutorial videos. You don't find that in other online programs. I should know! The time and dedication these guys put in is just awesome! No where have I ever had this sort of personal online coaching from an online program like I get here.

If you feel like you're wanting more from your training or you're not progressing like you imagined or just want to kick some butt, do yourself a favour and get in touch with these guys!

Unity Gym's flexibility and mobility online programs are excellent.
As a medical doctor I am really impressed at how much understanding of functional anatomy Rad shows in his tutorials.

However, this routine goes far beyond that. Unity Gym understands the process of training, and making the regular routine work well on a daily basis. As a previous Ironman 70.3 triathlete with a busy schedule I really enjoy how time conscious the routines are, without losing any quality of movement. They will push you, in a controlled and rational way in order to achieve your goals and avoid injury.

The spinal mobility work really resonates with the theory held in other major body conditioning disciplines, like pilates and yoga. It just makes sense. So often personal trainers neglect the spine. It is so reassuring to see this included. These people are thinking, not just doing the normal gym trainer stuff!

Highly recommended if you are looking for a program that will integrate your an understanding your body, how your movement impacts day to day ease of living, and taking your body to the next level in terms of performance.

Rad has a great mobility program at Unity Gym. It is a must have for your daily routine. It really gets your body prepared to start your day and your work out. It is inexpensive in price and you get a lot of value for what you pay for. I really love this program because my body feels really good when I do my stretching routine daily. I notice a difference when I don't do it. If you are thinking about purchasing I recommend this product.

I have always enjoyed playing sports and being physically active. I continue to search for ways to be the healthiest version of myself. As a Remedial Massage and Bowen Therapist I look at the body wholisticly. I believe that proper nutrition, strength training as well as having a “proper” daily stretching routine is the key to a long and healthy life! This routine is easy and quick enough to incorporate into my daily routine yet difficult enough to push me to improve since I lack flexibility. I have honestly never even knew half of these stretches or how to do them properly until watching and doing the the stretches that Rad taught in his 18min mobility video. I am so glad that I took the chance and lucked out!

Huge fan, you guys are killing it with these vids. The mobility program is easy to follow and covers the whole body in 20 minutes. Stretching and mobility was definitely a big gap in my week so it's great to have something easy to follow, that I can do at home in front of the TV at night!
Wish I worked in North Sydney so I could drop in.

Highly recommended. I first met Rad and Yani five years ago and was impressed with their teaching style then. They have spent the last five years mastering their craft and their clients are reaping the results. They practice what they preach and then some. The online FMS program works well if seeing them in person is not an option. The instructional videos are clear and easily understood. The online support and community keeps me on track with expert advice. If you want to become a better person - physically, mentally and spiritually - then highly recommend you invest with what they have to offer.

I’ve been doing the mobility program every day for the last three weeks and have already noticed a huge difference in my flexibility. Also, the knee, hip, and lower back pain/tightness that I’ve been experiencing for some time now seems to have subsided. These problem areas are the reason I started looking for a stretching routine in the first place and I’m excited that I came across Unity Gym. If I’ve experienced this much of a difference in only three weeks, I can’t wait to see where I’ll be 1 year from now.

Additionally, I had some trouble logging into the site two nights ago and sent an email to Rad. He resolved my issue in just a couple hours.

Great customer service, excellent value for your money. Don’t wait, invest in your health now. I am completely satisfied and highly recommend Unity Gym!

Love the online FMS program. I have checked out most every online training program out there, and this one is by far the best. No gimmicks, no dubstep, just exactly how much information you need, exactly how you need to see it.

Well, it’s my week two on the online 18 minute stretching routine and I just ordered myself a rumble roller. Whoa! What a difference. I’m a former ice hockey player and in my prime (20 years ago) I was reasonably flexible, but I used to spend close to an hour a day stretching and apparently completely incorrectly. This program is killer! It’s simple and effective. In just a week of doing the 30 minutes of the 18 min routine movement, my mobility has significantly improved and my sciatica pain is gone. While I would love to go get the personal lessons from Rad and Yanni, traveling around the world isn’t always an option for me, so I’ll settle for the online courses. I highly recommend signing up! Well worth it!

I wish I hadve found Unity gym 10 years ago, the gym that leads the way in my opinion. Certainly a gym who cares about their clients who focus a lot of energy helping you achieve your goals. The most knowledgeable PT’s I’ve ever met. Very inspiring & supportive gym!

Rad and Yani's knowledge, dedication, and ideas surrounding fitness have absolutely changed my health, and my views surrounding fitness. I without a doubt would highly recommend their facility, as well as themselves as individuals. I have found them a welcomed voice in the world of fitness.

Quality gym. Been a member for over 5 years and counting. These guys really know their stuff and they are the most supportive bunch of people I've ever met. The gym it self has the best essential equipment. Heaps of racks and bars. I will be coming here for years to come, it's my happy place.
