After having 2 shoulder surgeries and seeing multiple physiotherapists for months on end with no progress, feeling hopeless that I’d never get better, I stumbled across Rad on YouTube. I’m 2 months in now and have full range of motion and am getting stronger week by week.

Cost friendly, answers questions quickly with detail and easy app to use. Great purchase!

I discovered Unity Gym during the challenging times of Covid, and since 2021, their online platform has been a game-changer. As a former fitness center owner turned desk job warrior, I've found their curated skills and content unparalleled in helping me level up. The variety has significantly increased my flexibility, strength, and cardio fitness simultaneously. Thanks to Unity Gym, I’ve conquered pull-ups, and it feels amazing to navigate life with confidence in both body and mind. I’ve done their UMS program at home and at a gym - both are a relatively easy learning curve to get going. A special shoutout to Rad for his invaluable guidance. Grateful for this transformative fitness experience!

I purchased flexibility masterclass, and although the material is great, I am currently unable to incorporate it into my training. I asked for a refund and received it on the same day, no questions asked. Thank you, Rad and Yani, it’s highly professional of you, and I would love to come back as your customer when the timing is right for me.

I joined the UMS 4 months ago as I wanted to improve my calisthenics and weight lifting capabilities. During those 4 months I completed the home workouts as I didn't have access to a commercial gym, I was pleasantly surprised to see my strength improve with the challenging exercises the at home work outs provide. I have now joined a gym and am looking forward to getting stuck into the gym workouts. Regardless of your access capabilities there is a program for you with UMS. Rad & Yani also run multiple challenges throughout the year which the tribe get amongst so you feel like part of a community rather than going it alone. If after the daily workouts you want more there is an array of flexibility, running and stretching routines available on the app. Very happy with my choice and would encourage anyone looking to combine strength and flexibility to give Rad & Yani a shout.

Look no further than this system if any of the below sounds like you, where you’ve been or want to go. This is your A-Z calisthenics, functional strength, building well defined muscles and flexibility source. This applies to everyone whether you be a complete beginner or an accomplished athlete.

1. On the fence about trying calisthenics or this program?
2. Aren’t getting the results you want?
3. Have reached a plateau?
4. Want to try something new?
5. Want functional strength, well defined muscles and flexibility?

If you have tried the following “among others” trying to gain functional strength and flexibility;
1. The marathon, weight training, split routines working out 6 days a week.
2. Weight training doing full body routines 3 days a week.
3. Yoga
4. Ballet
5. Martial arts.

I’ve searched low and high, far and wide trying all of the above for over 3 decades and I’ve finally found it! Flexibility was always the most elusive for me. I never dreamed that I could get great, well defined muscles, functional strength and flexibility all in a 1 hour workout!

UMS understands the “science” behind attaining flexibility and “Rad” (your personal trainer) explains it in simple, easy to understand, laymen’s terms. The reasons I refer to Rad as “your personal trainer” is because he has been the one to answer my questions, narrates the videos and gives you timely, concise, detailed answers as well links to other videos etc.to further your progress.

This is the closest you’ll ever get to having your own, incredibly knowledgeable, personal trainer who’s training sessions are available 24 hours a day.

Their online support is the best I’ve seen with timely, well thought out, answers to your questions that pertain directly to the question asked. “Lyle” the app, technical support director even made a video he narrated just for me showing how to specifically do one of the functions of the app!

Their social media section is the only social media source that has ever really appealed to me. It has nothing but positive messages with info from other members who are there to inspire, encourage, share knowledge and grow with each other.

I’d suggest trading some of your social media, YouTube, etc.time for something that’s going to give you some real, tangible, lasting benefit. You might also trade overpriced, take-out coffees, convenience store energy drinks, excessive alcohol, etc.for the price of the membership. As with anything, the more you put into it the more you get out of it. Decide what’s most important to you and pursue it!

This is a budding, startup, fitness source for all that’s mentioned above. They’re a small business and everyone on their team are very dedicated and working very hard for your membership and success. The 2 cofounders, brothers “Rad” and “Yani” are “real people” with backgrounds and previous struggles that almost any person can relate to.

I’m so glad I found them and am able to support and grow with a small business such as this. I just made 60 years old and I’m as excited about the next workout as I’ve ever been! I took the time to write all of this because I’m as interested in their success as they are with mine.

During my life I've done quite a bit of extensive training and accumulated some injuries and muscle imbalances along the way. I also live remotely so working with someone knowledgable face to face is impossible. Discovering the UMS app has been a godsend. Not only is their knowledge second to none, their customer service is fantastic which is a rarity these days. I've been on a specialised program for my hip and shoulder issues. I'm just over a month in and the results are impressive. My shoulder pain has lessened considerably already and I've gained more movement through my hip and lower back. I look forward to seeing where this health journey with UMS takes me. Highly recommended!

Unity Gym stretching, flexibility and strength program is very comprehensive and within a month's time I could feel the difference in my body balance for martial arts. Their support system through coaching sessions is very useful.
The program sessions were well structured and certainly Rad's prompts in the video workouts make it more personal and informative.
Overall, great program. I'm ready to get into the app.

Wow, I cannot believe it has been 2 1/2 years since I joined Unity Gym… and what a journey it’s been!
Since starting out and focusing on my flexibility, I progressed through 4 phases of the “At Home Workouts”, which arrived just in time, as gyms were closing due to the Covid19 epidemic. I gained in all areas of my fitness, with an increase in muscle mass, fat loss and increased flexibility. The routines are perfect for people who don’t have access to a gym, or prefer to exercise at home.
I then progressed through the “Foundations” strength-training program, designed to correct structural imbalances in the body while increasing strength and perfecting lifting techniques, in preparation for barbell compound lifts.
Fast forward to now and I am 7 months into the “12 month Athletic Transformation” program and loving it. The program provides an excellent combination of strength training, flexibility, callisthenic and cardio movements, designed to create a strong, flexible and athletic physique. It never gets boring, because there is a new phase, introduced every 4 weeks. Each phase will utilize different progressive overload techniques designed to increase muscle growth and strength.
The online coaching group is fantastic and a place where we share recordings of our activities, so that we can receive expert coaching advice from Rad, Yani, Richie and Phil. It feels like a real community where we can all share, learn and grow.
At 62 years old, I feel fitter, stronger and more flexible than I have ever been.
What the guys have created here is truly unique and I cannot praise them highly enough. No matter if you are a seasoned gym goer, or a newbie with no experience in fitness, you will definitely be able to hit the ground running with this team.

Their at-home workout programs are excellent. They have been very useful during this post-COVID era, with lots of support from their expert coaches. Strongly recommend!

I have been training for 10 years and have tried countless training schedules, most recently spending about 5 years following Gymnastic Bodies. While it was good to a certain extent, nothing has lived up to my experience with UMS. These guys really know what they are talking about and they take pride in what they do. I can wholeheartedly recommend trying the UMS. You will be hard pressed to find anything else that is as all encompassing in the fitness industry. Very glad I came across them and I’m sure you will be too!

These guys really know their stuff! Not the cheapest programs out there, but they have a huge amount of experience between them and are always on hand to review your workouts and offer advice. I guess you get what you pay for. Follow the program and you will definitely build your strength and flexibility.

Love the online FMS program. I have checked out most every online training program out there, and this one is by far the best. No gimmicks, no dubstep, just exactly how much information you need, exactly how you need to see it.

Update: 3 years in and seeing great progress. I am moving right for the first time in my life and the sky is the limit. Great program, even better team

The crew at Unity Gym is the best. Rad, Yani and Richard are incredibly knowledgable, helpful, and always willing to listen. No one is better than these guys at balancing flexibility, mobility, nutrition, motivation and the challenges of life. The guys put together some of the best podcasts I've listened to as it relates to fitness and nutrition.

I can't wait for the journey to my next level of fitness with these guys - I'm excited for all the help they are providing! Keep up the great work!

The crew at Unity have taught me so much about health and fitness. Their UMS program keeps workouts simple and effective with strength, mobility and flexibility all integrated in one workout. I’ve learnt and developed a multitude of skills and strength with them in the past 18 months and haven’t looked back! I’ve also met some awesome friends as a result. Keep up the good work!

The guys at Unity gym are more then just personal trainers. They are basically life coaches. They provide a wealth of information about multiple facets of life.
Very generous with their time, programs are very well written and thought out, coaching is excellent they will always give you some advise to improve.

Rad, Yani and Richie are my Idols, I am so happy i found this and they have changed my life.
Cannot recommend highly enough, if you are on the fence, give them a chance!

The legends (Rad, Yani & Richard) at Unity really are as good as they and others claim. I've trained pretty consistently on and off for quite a few years, sometimes with PTs and in group coaching session, but in the 2 weeks I've been part of the UMS program, I can honestly say I've never felt so good after every workout. Even the day or 2 after each workout, where I'd typically be feeling sore and tired, I want to be back in the gym.
The time the guys spend analysing each and everyone's workout videos is invaluable.the tiniest flaws in technique is picked up, and their knowledge is honestly the best I've ever seen or heard.

It's been a full year since I started with Unity back in Easter 2020. I am stronger, fitter, more flexible and eating a lot more&better without worry about "gaining weight": P I recently did a Dexa scan and My body far came out at 16.4% and I wasn't even pushing for the percentage. I am currently on a diet and exercise level that I can easily maintain for the long term.
As an Asian girl, one of my major fear was turning in a hulk if I do heavy weights + a lot of protein. A year later. I look a lot better & fitter and definitely not a hulk ;) And I can eat a lot more now coz I know how and I have the muscle use those calories
I am way stronger and fitter than I was 10 years ago and I hope I can say the same 10 years later. And thank you all in UMS for being part of this journey.

Online Program
Unity has moved online now. I wasn't sure at first but now I really enjoy it.
The online program has a strong focus on knowledge transfer.

Have you had the experience that some trainers can tell you what to do but can't properly explain the why or how and therefore leaving you not convinced or not totally get it?
The guys in unity is not like that. They try their best to transfer the knowledge across via research & experience backed explanations. The most valuable things I learned from the guys are how to train/eat and why. With the knowledge and their guidance, I can adapt the exercise program to suit my fitness level/timeframe. And with the knowledge and the ability to explain the why, you might even be able to help your family and friends to be fit and healthy:)
Rad, Yani, Richie and Will are all very approachable and cool guys (and very professional) The online community is very supportive and kind. If you are still thinking and reading the reviews, give it a try! It might just change your life ;)
