66The man loves this place for Landscape supplies! Does sell plants but not a massive selection and the rating is not inclusive of plants. Landscape supplies such as gravels, Soils, Timber and old fashioned Aussie bloke service. Great prices too
Really happy with this company and their service. Just ordered wood chip earlier this morning and it got delivered within a few hours as promised. Customer service over the phone was professional and polite and the delivery person was cheerful and helpful and triple confirmed where I wanted the woodchip to be placed. Would highly recommend.
What you see is NOT what you get. The 120mm rocks on display are the top samples. Ordered a ton of them in a bulka bag. The top layer in the bag looked exactly like the display, however everything under (80% of the order) was way smaller than the 120mm. Showed the pictures to the guys - who were rude and would not own it up saying that is how they get it from the supplier.
Misleading delivery fee. States $55 local but fails to mention the $40 bagging fee and $24 lifting fee per 1m3 bag until you’re looking to pay. What a joke
The office customer service is terrible / non existent. But the guy Perry who delivered my order was a champ! No problem when i asked him to be careful driving near the grass, was happy to get the load as close as possible to where i wanted to make my life easier. Even suggesting stuff to get it closer for me, nothing was a problem! What a legend, give this man a raise.
Ordered 50 blokes and 150 caps for the following day and was advised that no delivery time could be given but was adiment that a morning slot was not an option. So I call early in the morning to cancel the blocks and was advised by Peter that the order was already loaded and that he was going to charge me a handling fee and delivery fee. I advised him that I was happy to cop the handling fee but not the delivery fee as he was not delivering any more and had not left the yard. He abruptly said, I’ll return all your money but from now on don’t buy from us go else where. I asked to speak with a manager and was advised by peter that he was the be all and end all. I advised him that I had been doing buisinees with them for 4 years and spent over 400k in that period but he just scoffed and hung up.
