You’d get a few grunts with no explanation of how much things are or what you’re paying for.
Really highly educated staff.

While the shop has high-quality products, the customer service is very poor. The employees come across as rude, possibly discriminatory, and unhelpful. It seems like they may be too old or uninterested in their work. I strongly suggest that the shop owner address these staff issues. Good customer service is crucial for a business, and without improvement, the shop's future could be at risk.

Had a big yard project and the guys at Turtle were amazing. Same day delivery multiple times when I ran out of gravel / soil - project got bigger than expected. They were also very patient and helpful with someone who knows nothing about landscaping. Every one of their delivery guys was friendly and professional.

Great friendly service. Always deliver to your needs and as agreed. Will keep using for our gardening and landscaping needs

Good collection of landscape supplies but poor customer service. People at the counter were rude and unhelpful. No assistance provided to pick up heavy stuff and put them in the car. You must be strong enough to carry things yourself if you go there. I got the impression that they don't simply care about customers.

Be careful with this lot, they sent us out trucks of material only half full and charged for full loads. Then got upset when we dared to question the size of the loads. Won't be using them again.

Bulk buying is more affordable no doubt than Bunnings
However the staff is ok but not super friendly

Like many others have said the staff at Turtle Landscape Supplies are unhelpful and rude. Not to mention that their delivery fees are substantially higher than other close by landscape supply stores.
Even if they were cheaper, I'd still choose to go with another, more helpful, supplier.

A large nursery which has a lot of great options for ground coverings including grasses, bark, pebbles and other things.

I think it’s probably better suited to commercial landscapers but serves the general public too.

Prices are good but their team wasn't overly engaged and we needed to load our things mosly by ourselves. Make sure that you bring a strong person with you.

Was given wrong delivery information. Customer service is rude and disrespectful, hang up the phone on customer. Don't believe what they told you!

The owner or manager Nick was very rude on the phone when I ordered some pebbles with him. They don't know how to treat& speak to customers. I would not go back to this place again. Even the delivery
driver was rude as well. Wonder why this business has low reputation

Worst company ever and worst customer service. Wouldn’t recommend. I had to make a change to an order and the sales guy was rude and said to me. “thanks for wasting his time. ”
I would have given a zero if I could.

Cannot follow simple delivery instructions like ‘tip in driveway’, and will somehow make out like it’s your fault.
Also, exorbitant delivery prices.
Steer clear.

Stuff over there are really helpful and friendly, been there to grab some rocks for DIY uses twice, both with great experience and will return if I need more rocks

I ordered red mulch which is red wood I received White mulch they put colour on it to make it look like red
after the rain the colour has been washed away and start getting white again that’s cheating

Very poor customer service, every single time you talk to anyone.some of them very rude as well.totally different from Park Lea landscaping.

We made our very first purchase of some large rocks with Turtle at Rouse Hill. The sales guy (Nick) was great, informative and helpful. The prices are great and our items were delivered on time. The delivery guy Todd) was also very personable and helpful

The reason for only 4 stars is due to the fact we were told that on delivery, they would place the rocks where we wanted them; after some deliberating I found out this was NOT the case. A matter of misinformation, but otherwise Turtle are great for all your landscaping needs.

Went to Turtle Nursery Rouse Hill. Wanted half a tonne of top soil delivered as I have a small backyard. Was told rudely that they only deliver 1 tonne and above or I have to buy bags of 20kg. Half a tonne of top soil costs $ 44 and with delivery it would not have costed no more than $100 total. But to buy 20kg bag, I would have to buy 25 bags and at $8 a bag it would have costed me $200. Turtle Nursery has grown huge and is no longer a cheap option for small time customers as it caters only to developers, landscapers and builders. Unhelpful staff who are simply not interested
