I met a lovely lady at 3.30pm on a Sunday ARVO many years age. She listened as I said I wanted a BBQ to see at least the next thirty years. She sold me the 2 Burner top rate steel at a great price.she loved the fact I cook nearly everyday on the BBQ. I still do. The BBQ is in full sun all the time.so yes! I cover it! Here is the thing! She told me not to buy the Steel plates and grill! Wait untill you need them! So now I do! I got a great BBQ that will last past me for a really great deal!

We were looking for a Pizza Oven, researched online and decided we would like to support local if possible. Not only did Tucker Barbeques Mona Vale meet the price we found online, but they beat it! They carried everything to the car, helped with questions on pick up and when I called a few days after to enquire about firelighters, they remembered me by name. Ive had one of their BBQ's for 10 years and it is still knocking out the steaks so happy with the product. Went back lookig for a new bbq twice the first time the service was appaling and they had no product knowledge. The second time was the polar oposite and the guy was amazing and know everything.

Still undecided about the purchase.

Great service! I purchased a SHELTA umbrella from Tucker Mona approx 8 years ago and just found out this morning the entire base had rusted through, so it wouldn't stand up anymore. Worried I wouldn't be able to remedy the situation pre0Xmas day I visited the team this arvo. They not only had the spare parts I needed onhand but they showed me step by step how to resolve the issue. Thanks team!

expert assistance and advice both at point of sale and with installation. They went above and beyond.

Had to buy a few parts for an old bbq I have, staff were extremely helpful in working out what I need and gave me a good deal on my numerous parts, was nice they took the time when I wasn't spending big on a new bbq.

Great place to go and get ideas for a BBQ kitchen or just a BBQ friendly and great with information they stock all thing's BBQ even replace lost or broken item's.

Purchased a charcoal BBQ from Tucker about a month ago and couldn't be any happier with the product or service. Darren was especially helpful and one of the most friendliest people around that is more than happy to answer any questions and he even remembers you by your first name when you return to the store for extra supplies! Now that's customer service! I would highly recommend these guys products and the sheer amount of service that they provide to all customers.

Darren is a champion, when you think you’re heading to Kimbriki with rubbish he revives you prior purchase and brings it back to life. It’s aftercare service and knowledge that is rare these days.

I started buying barbecues and furniture from The BBQ Factory/Tucker over 30 years and each item has been 100% quality.
Today I had my 15 year old 4 burner barbecue serviced and Darren could not do enough to help and advise.

The quality of these barbecues are first class and the owner/staff are extremely experienced and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

With a bit of a clean my barbecue is set to go another 15 years.

It’s not often you get that quality these days and I would happily recommend to all.

Tucker Barbecues are amazing. Darren, Emily and the team spent approx 2 hours over the past week with me to design a heating system that would work in my home. Its been the best customer service i have EVER experienced. I cant recommend them highly enough. Tucker BBQ is an extremely professional company that makes & sells quality products that work perfectly and last forever. Russell, Darren, Emily and the whole team provide the BEST customer service with friendly knowledgeable advice. I have used a Tucker BBQ built into a fantastic custom Tucker outdoor kitchen which was perfect for entertaining small & large groups. This house is now sold recently however we are building once again and definitely installing another Tucker BBQ and custom outdoor kitchen. We are extremely satisfied in the workmanship, efficiency and quality of the BBQs & kitchens - definitely HIGHLY recommended and who should be very proud in what they offer and deliver.

Visited Tucker Barbecues yesterday to purchase a new cover for my Tucker 3 burner S class BBQ. I met Darren and Emily there who were able supply the exact size cover for my BBQ. I was pleased to find they were still suppling a large range of outdoor furniture and BBQs including an updated model of the one I bought 11 yrs ago. Best BBQs in Australia. Not skerrick of rust on my Tucker stainless steel BBQ after all those years outside.
