49Hands down the best gym in Sydney! Sunny, Nathan, Erica, and the rest of the coaches at Kindred Lift are exceptionally good at what they do and create a warm and friendly training environment. The group classes have done wonders for both my physical and mental health, and they are usually the highlight of my day.
Highly recommend training at Kindred, I have always felt welcomed by both staff and fellow members. Very sad about heading back to the UK. THANK YOU KINDRED!
Originally I started at Kindred solely for PT sessions with Mitch, having been a member of plenty of gyms previously, I didn’t know if a Gym that catered to Olympic lifting was going to be a good fit for my solo workouts…. I was so wrong!
Within a month I joined Kindred and have loved every minute since, the sense of family and community there is second to none, all the coaches are absolute legends as are the other patrons.
I couldn’t imagine training at any other gym!

I've been a member since 2019 and can honestly say I've never enjoyed the gym as much as I do as training at kindred training. I always dreaded going to the gym and it felt like a chore but I absolutely love going to kindred training. Ive never trained so consistently in my life. The team and members are so supportive and friendly, they trained me throughout my pregnancy and post pregnancy and I was even able to bring my little girl to the lunch time classes. Kindred training has changed my attitude to going to gym, I really love it and enjoy going to the classes and seeing everyone. The classes are fantastic, they work every part of your body and my body shape has changed so much, and I'm stronger and healthier than I ever was. The programme changes regularly so you don't get bored and you get equipped with all the knowledge and confidence that you don't get anywhere else. Highly recommend this gym
The thing I like about this gym is everyone is so friendly, not only trainers but the regulars, it’s a real community.
It’s really refreshing to have a room with no ego and just people trying to better themselves and those around them:)
Been training here for 3 years now. The management team have always been so welcoming and friendly. The trainers are very helpful and has a great friendly vibe.
The 4.8 star average is suspicious until you actually go in. Amazing facilities, awesome staff (had a session with Mitch and he’s a legend) and somehow one of the cheapest options out there? Doesn’t add up, but I’m happy
Nathan and the team at Trination are awesome! After a number of years out of the fitness game their group classes have been fantastic. 3 months in a feel so much fitter and stronger. I like being able to show up and it’s all programmed for me.
In addition it seems I’ve been doing squats, bench press, lunges all wrong for years. The focus on form is a huge positive and my strength gains are a result of this attention to form. Definitely recommend.
Great gym at a good price. The team is extraordinary and show a keen interest in my fitness goals. They’re always open to feedback and will tweak things around to accomodate my needs as much as possible!
I’ve been training at Trination Fitness for about a month now and the T-Plus classes have been great at getting back to training after long gaps away from the gym.
Classes are strength based (4 days a week) and conditioning/cardio (2 days a week). Small classes, friendly trainers give a lot of attention/guidance and supplemented with an app that helps me document my progress. Gym is clean and has a good range of equipment.
Very personalised training. Coaches are educated and care about each members individual goals. I've trained in a variety of gyms and crossfit boxes over tha last 10 years and love the T plus concept. Like having a PT but getting to enjoy it with a small group. The regular gym access as part of the membership is great as well if you ever want to just come in and do your own thing.
I started the T-Plus Strength sessions a few months ago. I've been wonderfully surprised how quickly my form and strength have improved. Regular injuries and joint issues are also now nowhere to be seen. The expert guidance and support of the coaches has been super impressive. I feel very confident in their hands. I highly recommend Trianation Fitness Waterloo and its T-Plus classes.

Best gym I have ever been to!
This gym is literally for everyone. I started out with the active classes which comprised of HIIT, bootcamp and boxing sessions. I rarely missed a day as the classes were so fun, and this is coming from someone who has been really inactive for the last few years. There were a lot of weeks when I attended 10+ classes!
Then I joined the T-plus program which has small group classes designed to make you stronger and I have never felt better and more active in my life.
Apart from classes being fun and well designed, I have never met a more friendly & caring group of coaches. This is definitely a big point of difference compared to a lot of other gyms. A special mention to Koula, Mathias and Chris!
Sadly, had to leave the gym as I had to move suburbs (I considered getting a car just to go the gym: P). Nonetheless, Trination has ensured that irrespective of the place I am at, I will always be making an effort to stay fit and grow stronger.
The staff at Trination Waterloo are all very friendly and helpful. The equipment is all in good condition.
Did a squat workshop with Trination. First half involved Sunny breaking down the movement and exactly how and when each muscle group is used. Small group training with a focus on 100% perfect form was really great with trainers picking up small and large parts of the movement that needed focus
Honestly exactly what I've been looking for! T-plus is such an awesome concept - like small group PT. As first I wasn't sure if there would be enough personalised attention in a group but it's better than any one on one I've had before. Highly recommended. Great location, clean gym and good equipment. And such lovely, attentive and caring team of coaches.
Erica is really great, very knowledgeable and friendly. My neck is feeling so much better after the session. My sleep has also improved. Would definitely recommend.

I have had one session of the Fascia Stretch Therapy, and it is like a miracle. Ankle pain I have had for years disappeared after one session. I had built muscle around the ankle, glute and knee to try to strengthen it, but it wasn't until I had FST that the pain left. And it completely cleared up. Erica is a very professional and knowledgeable practitioner. She also sorted out the rocks in my neck and shoulders, although those will take a couple more sessions. At the end of the first I felt about two inches taller, and free of tension and stress. I cannot recommend this too highly.
