Andrea is an absolute Star! Can't ask for a better property manager.
She has been nothing but brilliant when it came to finding new tenants for my property. She has been efficient and reliable from day one. No task was too hard, her organisation and planning skills were on point and she was always available to take multiple phone calls.

Same problem as everyone else. Immediately took bond at end of lease without even discussing with tenant. Have attempted to negotiate but they refuse to be reasonable. DO NOT RENT from them. It will be a huge headache and you will lose a lot of money. Would give zero stars but it isn’t possible

Have been waiting since October 2021 for them to fix the roller shutter on the window. Every now and then they call to ask if the tradesman has been out? NO they haven't and shouldn't you know that? Surely they would have to report back to you with a quote to fix and you submit to the owner for approval so you would know if the job had been completed. Never respond to emails.ever.

Maria Couto had no professionalism, offered deposit but no response, kept owner property in market for 2 weeks, not good for renters and owners. I have stable income and good ref 5/480 Merrylands Road, MERRYLANDS

Hi All,
Please be aware to lease with them especially agent Rose, she has put me into soo much stress and bullying.
They asked me to pay extra $600 for the rent while end of lease, which I questioned them, but they insisted without any justification. I had to escalate to Rose manager and they paid me back the money.
Beware of this lady Rose during the end of lease, as they try to take ur whole bond by making false exit report and try to make me pay $2600 for painting the whole house. Rose will go to any extent to take that money.
It’s not about money, it’s the principle, Rose has been very rude and very unfair. I never came across these kind of people who are very demoralised, who try to bring people soo much down and don’t leave an opportunity to take money from them even if we are not liable.
I only stayed in the house for 1 year and to sell the house they wanted to repaint the house for which they claimed my bond. I fought in the Tribunal and atleast got half of the money back, but they are not worth of the money I had to pay as I was not liable to pay any of it.
I won’t wish this to happen to my enemy as well, so please think twice before u are going on lease with them. Take care.

There is a lady in parramatta office her name is Rose. Please teach her how to talk with clients as she have no manners at all, always tries to become very bossy, very rude.there is a way of dealing with people which i guess she never learned. I am really disappointed with Star Partners as they dnt check calibre of their staff. Please teach her some manners as it happened so many times

Very Rude and Harsh property manager. Inspected a property which was directed by Fatima. Never seen someone with so much attitude. Didn't even bother to greet or acknowledge us.

Greatly disappointed by the service. Chose not to lease the property because of their bad service, despite liking the property.

Worst real estate I saw in my life these guys deduct our bond without any reason.and they never fixed any problems in house also and they never repy your emails.i will tell my friends every known person never took any house from these guys in future.these guys are money eaters.

As a tenant, they are super quick to sign you on if interested and turning around your application despite forgetting to add your partner to the tenancy agreement. However during the tenancy, I've had simply the worst experience as a tenant. Been living at a property for more than 12 months and the issue that appeared 3 weeks in still had not been addressed. When the owner attended an inspection they themselves were shocked to see the large holes outside their house. They have absolutely no follow up on the maintenace items that have been put in for request, you constantly have to chase them, sometimes their receptionist laughs when you tell them about issues like a broken AC system during the middle of a heat wave and has been unfixed for more than 3 weeks. Even for urgent repairs, their response is sub par and does not comply to the tenancy standards. They dont provide receipts for rental payments and the only way to pay the rent is through a 3rd party system which is against NSW tenancy law which states you have to provide a fee free way to pay the rent. They dont deliver notices by email at all, very behind the times.any notices that they do deliver e.g. Water and inspection through the snail mail always arrive after the fact. 100% do not recommend this branch!

Had a really bad experience with tracy roberts wenworthville and with the property manager there, until it became a starr partner, and professional starr partner managers fixed everything for me.
