The customer service was amazing. The lovely sales lady Pandora went above and beyond to ensure my front door was replaced within 24 hours. Exceptional service, friendly and professional attitude. Very reasonable pricing. Would definitely recommend. 5 stars!

Top Door provided me a beautifully crafted front door and bifold doors for my house renovation. I am so happy with the quality of the joinery followed by the happy and professional service.

I ordered a main entrance door and bifold doors from Top Door. Professionalism from start to finish. Pandora and her team were a delight to deal with - from initial inquiries to the measure and quote, and lastly installation. It was reassuring that they are backed by many years of experience, and Pandora was responsive throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Top Door to anyone, and would go back again if I ever need new windows or doors in the future.

If I could give a negative star I would. It took 15 weeks, with weekly calls and emails, to finalize our order after Top Door forgot part of our original order - 15 weeks on top of the 6 that was originally quoted. Incredibly difficult to deal with and a total lack of customer focus. Would not recommend

Not going into detail about my experience with Top Door as I know Pandora will respond and this will become a case of 'he said, she said'. Just want others to know that my experience with Pandora and Top Door was an incredibly unsavory one involving dishonestly, manipulation and unprofessionalism. She will disagree - but do you really want to risk that by using Top Door?

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

Pandora is extremely deceitful, when you first meet her she acts like she is extremely knowledgeable, however it is just so she can win your business. Whatever you do make sure you have everything in writing. The doors were months late, the workmanship is unacceptable and now refuses to take my calls.

I lost a lot of money and warn others to STAY AWAY!

I doubt any of the 5 star reviews are real. STAY AWAY and DONT BE FOOLED!

I purchased a bifold door unit and bifold window for my house renovation and all I can say is that I am absolutely so impressed with the product and service! " I went to other joineries (not to mention their names) but they weren't interested in providing any service and when I did receive a quote the price was extremely expensive! Thank you Top Door!

We purchased 7 windows and a set of bifold doors from Top Door. Installer Tony is a carpenter by trade and was experienced and knowledgable on all aspects of installation and did a professional job. He was also our builder for the renovation, so has broader knowledge to help with specialised jobs. We've just gone back to Top Door for an additional window purchase. Pandora provided us with a timely quote and friendly service.

I ordered sliding stacker timber doors for my unit balcony from TopDoor and I am very happy with the final product! Pandora was particularly helpful handling my enquiries in a timely and professional manner, and instilled confidence in my decision! TOP DOOR A+ Pandora was instrumental in assisting with our custom Red Cedar entrance door, door jambs and door hardware to suit. Pandora also went out of her way to research and find particular internal doors to fit within our budget and sizes. I would highly recommend Top Door without a doubt, customer service was above and beyond whilst being well informed about all door products we needed.

Wow, I was blown away by the level of service and quality doors and handles I purchased here. Beautiful solid timber doors at a competitive price as well. Great variety of doors and handles and I cannot speak highly enough of Pandora, she was incredibly helpful and really knows her stuff. Highly recommended.

Promised to have the door completed in 3 weeks but took 10.
Clarifications: I have never changed my mind on the specifications of the order since I placed my order. The door I ordered was not custom, it is a standard light door with translucent glass at 35mm thick, 720mm wide and 2040mm high. The transaction for deposit was approved at 1: 08pm on 31st May 2017. I was never informed that there was a shortage of parts. I was never informed that my order contained products that are unusual. I ordered in the end of May, as far as I am aware of it is not during the Peak Season.
30th May 2017 – Tony arrives and measures up the door.
31st May 2017 – Places order paying $400 up front and was informed that door will be arriving in 2 weeks.
16th June 2017 (12 Business Days) – Gets call from Pandora that the door is here and Tony will be calling on Saturday (the 17th) to book a day to install door. A little late but all good.
Tony never called.
20th June 2017 – I call Pandora for the situation but it all went to voicemail.
28th June 2017 – finally Tony picks up but claims he is too busy so he’ll come install it next week. But did NOT say when.
3rd July 2017 – Called Tony 5 times: 10: 49am; 2: 07pm; 3: 58pm; 4: 16pm; 4: 17pm. No pick up.
4th July 2017 – No pick up when called at 3: 29pm; 3: 39pm. Finally picked up at 4: 05pm and he finally said he will come install next Monday or Tuesday (10th or 11th).
10th July 2017 – This is the Monday. No call from Tony or Pandora. So I called Tony and finally confirmed to install the door on the next day (Tuesday). However, Pandora called me that she just found that the door that has been sitting in the storeroom with her for the past 3 weeks was of the incorrect size. It needs to be sent back. I tried to be as polite as possible but, with all due respect, you had 3 weeks and it had never occurred to you to check whether if the order you got was correct and only wait until the day before to check it?
11th July 2017 – Tony arrives regardless and installed the doorframe.
25th July 2017 – 2 weeks since the ‘door mix-up’ problem and Pandora did not pick up and went straight to voicemail.
26th July 2017 – She called back and informs me that the new door is arriving on Friday the 28th. Tells me that Tony is upset with her too. Pandora, do I care how Tony feels towards this? I am the one paying for the door and I have been keeping up with my end of the agreement by paying you and yet, have you kept yours?
28th July 2017 – the Friday Pandora said the door will arrive on. Called at 3: 34pm to check up on the door, Pandora replies “Sorry, may I call you back in 10 minutes? ” I agreed. No call back, so I called at 4: 06pm, went to voicemail. Called at 4: 16pm, again, into voicemail. Finally called at 4: 19pm Pandora picked up and said the door is in and Tony will call me for an appointment. She says she’ll try and will latest let me know by next Monday (31st July 2017). Time check: 42 business days to get just a doorframe installed on a standard door when the promise was 3 weeks.
1st August 2017 – Called asking for discount, Pandora says she will add but didn’t say how much.
2nd August 2017 – got a confirmation to install door either on Saturday or Friday. Still no details on the discount.
3rd August 2017 – Pandora told me that Tony would call me to confirm booking on Friday. Still no details on discount. Tony called and told me that he would arrive at 10am on Friday.
4th August 2017 – 9: 34am called Pandora, voicemail. 11: 40am called her again since Tony did not show up, she says she also might not be able to contact Tony. Asked her again on the discount, says the refund will be done on credit card and withholding payment from Tony is pointless because she is separate from Tony. Pandora ordered a door 20mm thinner than frame, Tony had to fix it until 7pm.
15th August 2017 – called Pandora at 3: 12pm, voicemail. Left message to call me back, no reply.
16th August 2017 – called at 12: 25pm, voicemail. Called back and told me that there will be a $50 refund. Refunded next day.
UPDATE: door 'magically' auto-locks itself.
