As a first time home buyer, my main concerns were longevity and durability as well as the overall look. Since we plan to expand our family soon, it's very important to me that our new floor is both child and pet friendly. Kim Crowther was a huge asset throughout our whole renovation. I cannot describe how much I LOVE my tongue n groove Sepia Grande floorboards. They're my favourite feature of my home and they look as good now as they did when I installed them 6 years ago. Shout out to Emily from TnG who went out of her way to supply me with a replacement piece of timber at no cost for a board suffering water damage. So much appreciation for that level of support.

I did my colour selection with Gigi who was amazing throughout the entire process.

Her flooring knowledge was second to none and her added design advice was really valuable.  

Gigi even met my builder on site to ensure things were installed properly. This really eased our minds during a stressful time.

Well I have so many wonderful things that I can say about Tongue & Groove! Even though my husband and I have decided to put our project on hold due to outside factors we love the product range and the triple oak structure! No other products out there even came close to comparing when we were doing our research online and during our consultations. We have been into the Tongue & Groove showroom multiple times on the weekends.since we have 3 young children and it's difficult to get on the road these days and make the long trip worthwhile! The lovely girl who helped me was named Emily.and I could not have asked for a more patient, informative and friendly consultant when choosing the flooring to go in most of our home. Emily's been an amazing support every step of the way.even when it came to my kids being kids in the showroom and helping other customers while she was working alone to boot! She stayed back after hours to help us and even recommended places to take the kids to eat because they were getting quite restless and looked up the directions for us! Now that's service! I appreciate being able to ask her about design ideas and she also helped us understand the more technical information.including how to clean oak floor boards and maintain their beautiful appearance. Even if (I sure hope not) our little project falls through I still won't be able to recommend Tongue & Groove enough to anyone I know who is after new timber flooring for their home because I know they will go above and beyond to help. We saw some of the feedback on Google and just had to add our own. My husband and I can't wait to find out when our project will be back on track so we can FINALLY have our own Tongue & Groove floors!

Sold as a premium quality flooring and not sealed properly so everything stains them. Not suitable for use in homes, kitchens, office etc. Dog urine, oil, cheese - absolutely anything that touches the floor other than water stains it even if cleaned off straight away with their products. State Rep came out and said this is normal. Avoid our nightmare and don't buy them!
