From first contact in the showroom we felt well taken care of. The product is superior to the alternatives in the market, you can just feel the quality when you get the samples. There were multiple changes along the way and due to family circumstances we had to have some bespoke product delivered with high priority. Iv Hout was fantastic from start to end and we had great communication. The company were able to deliver the flooring and bespoke product on time and we’re very happy with the overall service.

From my initial contact by email through to the delivery of my modest order of Oak flooring and underlay to replace carpet in a second bedroom, the customer service experience from the TnG team has been exceptional.

The delightful delivery driver Jun arrived exactly on time, was extremely helpful and left my husband and I smiling with his joyful attitude.

Fantastic customer service from Daniel. Daniel was extremely responsive to my queries on the different wear layers and lengths of the wood, provided helpful suggestions to get my thinking started on how I saw my home (longer term or 3-5 years) which helped form my view on budget and preferences.

The quality of the samples from Tongue N Groove itself were on another level. It definitely stands out amongst its competitors, so I highly encourage anyone interested to take a look for themselves.

Went to TNG to look for some timber for my build, super high quality material in great colours. More bespoke options than you can shake a stick at.
Emily was amazingly helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Put these guys on the top of your list when it comes to engineered hardwood timbers.

Recently installed Tougue and Groove floorboards. The floorboards are beautiful and the sales person Gigi has been helpful. My only complain is the unreasonable return policy. I had one box of floorboards and three stair noses unopened. The company does not accept return of less than three boxes of floorboards and any quantity of stair noses even though the materials are of standard sizes and the delivery cost & 20% restocking fee are to be paid by the customer. It's difficult to store the unused materials long term as the boxes are over two metre long. What a waste!

Recently, last week, my partner and I went to the Sydney showroom and we were both surprised at the team there (all young beautiful girls), so we were in serious doubt of their knowledge on flooring. We were even more surprised when we were given a consultation that was more informative than our consultation with any other flooring company so far (we have been shopping around for a long long time). Unfortunately. TONGUE N GROOVE was out of our budget as we were looking for something much cheaper and have already cut costs in other areas for our project, but I will be recommending this product to my friends who are renovating their homes.

Fabulous show room and really great sales. Loads of colour to choose from as well. We didn't end up using Tongue & Groove for our flooring as it was one of the most expensive brand for engineered flooring from our research. However being made in austria, this is understandable. I just wish the pricing was a little more competitive.

I walked into the Dank street business today after they were recommended by my builder. I've been renovating house's in inner Sydney suburbs since 1995 and from my experience as a potential customer they fail with their business model. They get a star for the sleek showroom but they failed in the level of effort they showed to make a new customer. I am astonished at businesses that have shops in the areas like Dank street. They must have too much business to have to worry about someone like me. But as I know from my experience, word of mouth is a wonderful thing. I certainly won't be recommending this business.

An exemplary professional who is patient and observant, and most importantly, willing to understand your requirements; even if - as it were in my case - the requirements were disjointed and at often time, contradictory. Ella was able to navigate my confusion, helping me narrow down my preferences to two floorboards. "Sepia" being the one that won the day.

What a beautiful showroom on Danks st, and lovely staff. Was served by a nice girl with an American accent but I'm bad with names. But she was great and full of insight! Thank you.

EMILY was just fantastic & delivered the highest calibre customer service I've had in a while. My clients were in the showroom much earlier than I was, & Emily was already honing in their needs & wants when I arrived. It was incredibly busy, & she was able to serve each group of clients with calmness & ease with a professional & cheerful attitude which was so impressive & a big selling point for us. Everyone around us was acknowledged & visibly happy. The best part of this experience was that it didn't feel like we were speaking with a salesperson, but with someone who GENUINELY CARED about the outcome of the project & took every detail into account. The timber itself is simply stunning & great quality, but I'd hands down recommend Tongue & Groove for their unbeatable service standards.

At the Waterloo Showroom, sales rep Emily is very efficient, helpful and supportive. I am most pleased with the outstanding service I've received and the timber floor boards look amazing! 10/10, highly recommended.
