In my experience the FedEx guys always gives me a call prior delivering.

TNT, no delivery attempt at all. Direct to alternative drop off. Full tracking record available. TNT admitted no record of driver attempt, no record of card drop. No options. My invoice says delivery to my address. TNT should be upfront that they may not deliver to invoice address, do a drop off at their locale of convenience, not yours. Not acceptable in new world of home delivery. This is not what TNT advertise on their website. TNT not accountable. Item returned, not interested in accepting this practice.

Avoid like the plague, As a business owner using their quoting system it spits out one cost and we get invoiced almost 2-3x more in additional fictional fees.

Sizing and Weight are all measured accurately with photo proof yet Fedex continue to lie and scam their customers

Paid for “overnight express”. It’s been sitting processing for a week now. Can’t get in contact with anyone, absolutely no idea what’s going on. Waste of time and money

The worst courier. The first time, without check if any one at home, (actually I was at home all day) they just left a notice with a wrong tracking number. A few months later, for my second shipment, they did not even bother to leave me a notice, no call no smg, I did not even know my parcel has been waiting in somewhere in the world for more than 10 days.no service, poor quality, I do not understand why such bad company still survive.

The staff was very helpful although the company stuffed up my deliveries a few times even when I payed for priority delivery. Not very happy with it!

I can't believe a business like this is still operating. I paid for express packaging for a product which was supposed to be a christmas present and it still hasn't come yet. Customer service is poor, the lady on the phone doesn't seem to care about the situation at all despite this being the 4th time I'm calling TNT about this. I genuinely advise people to not use this service as it is beyond terrible.

If I could give no stars I would very poor service we pay extra for a courier service and it takes longer I have a small item from UK left on 7/12 traveling UK and airport and customs and airline to arrive in good old Oz on the 11/12 only four days to go almost 12000klms
And now in Oz it sits in limbo waiting for someone to get off their backside it's now the 23/12 12 days and still sitting in Erskine park no wonder Australia is so far behind the rest of the world and don't bother calling they are no help and don't phone you back

Couldnt be a worse freight service. My parcel left from India on the 1st of Dec and to be delivered on the 7th of Dec in Sydney. Its the 14th of Dec today and the parcel tracking still says its stuck in Hong Kong. Tried talking to 5 ppl over the last 5 days, they have no clue about whats the hold up and where is the parcel right now. One of them even said the parcel is in Sydney quarantine and their online tracking still says its in HK. The cost of shipping this particular parcel was $ 640. Not sure how much more do i have to wait for the parcel to arrive from this pathetic lot.

Please try to avoid TNT at all costs.

It has been 3 weeks for same city delivery and we still haven't received our order which is for a birthday present. Rang 5 times and they promised someone will call back but never happen.

This company is a show stopper. You have so many negative reviews that go completely un-noticed. I cringed at the fact that there is nothing less than one star to give you for your ridiculous automated emails, lack of customer service skills and total disregard for customers. It baffles me why any account customer of yours bothers to use your services. TNT have a BIG name with extremely poor qualities. There is no point describing my own experience because there isn't enough space on this site to note all the frustrating, ridiculous responses I have had from your company and as usual, you will do nothing to fix any issue as proven by previous negative feedbacks before me.

What a amazing company that they are hiring ghost to send “air” parcel with no call no ring. All u need is to drive a long way pick up by yourself. Then u pay someone else and did all the job on your own. What a value deal

Worst service ever! My parcel is delayed delayed and delayed。。。The assistant is extremely unprofessional, and I waited for an assistant for nearly one hour! Never choose this poor service again!

Worst service in the country.the contact centre people just keep passing the phones to each othert and no one actually know about basic functuons of their work.i aksed for simple checking on status of delivery pick up, they were not even sure how to check that.waste of time and money.stay away people.

The worst Customer Service experience ever. They just don't seem to have any care for customers. Lose goods and claim the truck had a major fire, won't cover lost goods or provide any reasonable details to verify the veracity of this excuse. Then an overnight delivery from Melbourne to Sydney sits at the Erskine Park Depot for 2 days and no one can provide details on when it will be delivered 3.5 days after being picked up from Melbourne - zero care or professionalism.

Purchased a $3500 bike from QLD, shipped overnight to Sydney. Notified bike was to be delivered on 7.12.21. Last status update was on 7.12.21 and still no delivery of item. Customer service are unable to tell me where my item is and when it might be delivered. Approaching 2 weeks with nil further status updates and no idea where my $3500 bike is.
TNT worst company ever. I'm assuming my item has been lost or stolen by an employee. NOT HAPPY!
Update as of 21.12.21 - still no update on my bike. TNT have been unhelpful with resolving the issue. I have submitted a claim for reimbursement of my bike to only be told they can’t discuss this matter with me and will only discuss with the shop where the bike was purchased.
Rude customer service staff and still no sign of resolution.
I have lodged a complaint with the ACCC.

Has turned into one of the worst transport company, our goods to a customer in Brisbane turned up at another customer in Adelaide which shows no bar code scanning was done whatsoever! Now the goods for the Adelaide customer has gone missing! Australia Post is even better! Staff only want payrise & go on strike again & again! If you are a business owner DO NOT USE THEM!

We have 2 people waiting on a parcel that was scheduled to be delivered today. There was no door bell, no text and no phone call. We received a message saying that TNT attempted to deliver the parcel and no one was available. We tried to call TNT and waited for almost 30 minutes and finally someone answered the call. We gave him the tracking number. The reply was that he cannot help on contacting the deliver guy. He does know where it is. He does not have anything information on this delivery and that we need to call the same number tomorrow for the tracking team. And also, when we asked whether if the parcel will be delivered to us or do we need to collect it, he also said he does not know. Seriously, what is he there for if he knows nothing about the job? I would give 0 star if possible.

TNT are being used by Apple to deliver my products I ordered. It is coming in 4 instalments. The first package was dropped off at our door no problem with out a signature. The second package was sent to a depo not in our area because no one was home. I rang and asked why. They said Apple require a signature. Why was this not the case for the first package? Why wasn’t my package dropped off at our local postoffice/agency rather than a depo outside our district?
I rang the depo to complain and they said they will deliver it to me the next day and leave it without a signature because I had agreed. I received a phone call today saying that was in correct and they done re deliver, I have to go in with the card they left and pick it up myself.
This delivery company is rubbish. This is not the first time I have had a run in with them. Very unprofessional and no responsibility taken.
