TNT provided a delivery date, changed it once, changed it again then failed to deliver. Blamed an 'IT issue' and asked that I drive to their depot to locate item and collect it myself.

The worst ever logistic company in Australia. Never delivered on time, never notes left, no phone to leave a complaint. I wish my overseas company will stop using Fedex. I will not stop sending the complaints until they change Fedex to another logistic company in Australia.

Paid $2500 for a next day guaranteed delivery…took 4 days in total for the whole delivery to arrive. Follow up customer service poor in an effort to claim compensation…I was recommended TNT. I doubt I will use them again

This courier is nothing but incompetent, unreliable and frustrating delivery service! My parcel was an overnight express sent on the 27th of October but they never delivered it so I waited today all day the 30th of October & again nobody tried to deliver it even when I called their office prior to 5pm which is the end time window of my parcel delivery & was promised it’s still with the driver & I should wait an hour more. I checked the consignment after 5pm & they tagged it as attempted to deliver & left a card. I called their office back & they transferred me to 3 different agents whom are all unable to help but to just open a query & advise they’ll request a redelivery tomorrow but no specific time which means I’ll have to waste another day & still no assurance if they’ll deliver my package which was meant to be overnight turned into a 4 days & counting!

Extremely unimpressed. I have had a 1.5tonne item to be picked up from Sydney to go to Hervey Bay QLD in an emergency order. IT has been booked in for over a week and not picked up. Many follow calls. No one important we can talk to. Thousands of dollars will be lost to our business when this does not arrive on time. No communication from TNT. We even rebooked the pick up. TNT Shame on you for not being a professional organization. I feel you have plenty of work available and as such do not care at all about your customers. Very Poor

Terrible service. Deeply disappointed with the delivery service provided by TNT Australian. The delivery driver's complete lack of professionalism is appalling. There was absolutely no effort made to ring the doorbell or make any attempt at delivery. To make matters worse, they failed to leave a delivery card, leaving me in complete darkness regarding the whereabouts of my parcel.

Their guy at the Perth depot said that overnight express was misleading as it’s not what they actually provide.
They are happy to take my money but not willing to accept responsibility for the blatant lies they spin to take my business

Absolutely the worst service and delivery company on the market. Send a confirmation email with a date that the package will be delivered and they deliver it on the wrong day. What’s the point of the email then?
Not to mention that the drivers never get out of their trucks they just put a “sorry we missed you” ticket but I was there, in my clinic and watched the driver drive off even though I was waving to him. Called customer service and the little girl stated it was my fault and spoke over the top of me. What happened to customer service? Never have a good experience with this company.

Lazy clearly under paid delivery drivers. I clicked to have my package let at the door but I was also home waiting for the delivery. No one came to the door and I just received a text that "Sorry we missed you". You never missed me, you didn't even show up.

Pay your drivers or get better ones.

The delivery drivers aren't even the delivery part in delivery driver, I mean sure they are drivers but clearly aren't fit for the role since all of them never even attempt to deliver. Customer service has no idea what they are doing too.

This is the worst experience I have ever had. Delivering the package to a town 10 hours away from where it is meant to be and terrible customer service. Please use Australian post is you want your Parcel delivered to the right address or on time.

They stuffed up my delivery two weeks in a row costing me hundreds of dollars. An urgent medical substance which must stay cold in a temporary esky, they took it back to their depot overnight ignoring my authority to leave. The product was no longer cold when I finally received it over 48 hours later and was hence ruined. Two chances failed both. I’ll never use them again.

The drivers don't even come by.sometimes they do and don't ring any doorbell nothing just leave the slip when I have a sign out that says im home.never get my parcels on time its always such a hassle to try and get them and its for my business where i need packages before a certain time and even though i allow plenty time they still end up delaying my business events.please just pay your drivers right or get better ones because this happens every single time and clearly im not the only one.

Once I found my way to the front line - workplace, the people were amazing, they located the parcel and shipped to me within hrs.well done to the workers, not the system.

Very poor service since its merger with Fedex. Drivers are treated like Gods. They would not wait even 5 minutes for us to go get the forklift driver & forklift key & we are told thats how it is. Other freight companies allocate 20-30 minutes on site for each collection of palletised goods from business premises. Definitely not suitable for small businesses.

Got a text saying delivery will be today. I was at home all day but no one knocked on my door. I was literally next to the front door and no-one appeared. No one left a card for missed delivery either. Utterly useless.

Requested a pick up from Albany WA, for delivery to Will Ride Adelaide for 30 December. Charged to Will Ride. Local Albany Courier called in to pick up on 24 December. Didn't pick up because no paperwork in Albany. Did not pick up on 30 December either when told to. Stolen and now found bikes still waiting in Albany.

I have parcel deliver by TNT, when courier came, I was at home, but there is no one knock or ring the bell, just got the message that they are missed the delivery because no one at home, I even didn't received the actual notification card in my mailbox, very lazy courier, very annoying have to find out where my parcel located to pick up.
Poor service.

Hi there

Your service is the worst courier ever

You left me a letter saying I should collect my parcel? You must be kidding me

I have no reason to use a courier company if I need to collect them myself,

Also, you never asked my thoughts but just left a collecting card because you couldn't find its “receiver”

I think you should learn how other courier company does for their customers

Now you see your review from customers, seems like you don't work or deliberately don't contact customers and just said “we missed you”
