25Alright if you like antibiotics for everything and a 2 minute doctor for anything but not much good as an ongoing family doctor, they use to be good but have gotten progressively worse over the years. I would not recommend this place
Whilst the front of door staff might be okay but the doctors there have worse bedside manner than a mortician's. Avoid
One of the receptionists is SO rude on the phone. She never let's you finish speaking and hangs up before you're done saying what you want to say. She has some sort of accent and I dont want to assume her ethnicity, but she acts like she doesnt have the time of day for phone calls despite BEING A RECEPTIONIST. It's really offputting and upsetting. This has happened way too many times, she needs an attitude change or a new job.
Cannot fault the doctors, they are wonderful and I've been seeing Dr. Gary Chong for a long time.
Call to make an appointment and told I needed to be there in person first to go through the procedure of registration. This does not seems like the correct sequence for a good costumer outcome. When asked if we could make an exception, as I work in the city and I am really time sensitive, I was quickly dismissed.
