I had these guys in recently to replace some tiles, the work was really good any a great price. The tiler talked me through a lot of the processes which was great. 5 star and will use again

Awful, did a dreadful job, zero after service they just ignore complaints. They use sub-contractors who have no interest in doing a decent job.

Appalling. The web-site presents them as expert contractors, but they do not do the work themselves. They ring around and try to find tradies that will do the work for much less than you are paying. No quality control, no care, no professionalism. If you want a shambles with a group that hang up in your ear, arrange visits for people who do not turn up, ignore messages and don't answer phone calls, try these guys.

Completely Transformed my Floors. Really happy with the Results, came back home after a long day at work to find my Floors completely Transformed. Worth every cent. They took care of my furniture and even managed my dog while I was not Home. The whole process from quote to completion was faultless. Will certainly be in touch soon to do some other areas.

Agree with terrible reviews. Expensive and terrible after sales service. Dont fix problems after the job is done, and dont return calls or emails. Use sub-contractors who are not professional and Tile and Grout Pro walk away from any issues. Dont use them!

I have seen your response. It is not factually correct. You have not addressed the photos I sent you or have ever even been out to the house to inspect, yet you are very confident. You have chosen to put forward your own incorrect position, which says it all. I have now had someone else fix the faults at additional cost.

Future customers will make their own choices, but would be wise to go elsewhere!

Terrible job, caused damage to my tiles, no interest in trying to rectify the issues. Taking further civil action against them. I should have done my research first before using this company!
