Tile and Grout Pro

Harry S did an outstanding effort to get my shower cleaned and sealed. I am very pleased with the outcome. I would have Tile and Grout Pro, do any work for me in the future, I recommend them, 100%.

We had our 18 year old bathroom with floor to ceiling tiles regrouted and it looks like new. Mick did a terrific job - arrived on time and worked diligently for many hours and also cleaned up after. Would definitely recommend this company.

I had a very bad experience with Tile and Grout Pro and strongly recommend against using them.
Their floor cleaners came on 2 occasions and despite these 2 attempts, the result was still poor.
I had marks all over my floor which they were unable to remove. Using a cleaning product from another company, I was able to remove may of these marks easily and quickly by hand - no use of machinery.

In addition to this, in the lead up to them doing the work I received no less than 11 emails and more then 11 text messages and phone calls. I found this to be a nuisance and offensive.

The complaint process with Tile and Grout Pro is useless. I asked for a refund of my payment (more than a $1000) on the grounds that the work was unsatisfactory I provided photos and everything else they requested. I invited them to come to my home to see the outcome of their work - they declined. Their strategy was to stonewall me.
I would never use Tile and Grout Pro again and recommend that no one else does either.

I used this firm to strip, clean and re-seal Lino tiles in my kitchen and rumpus room. They did a fantastic job and the tiles came up like new. I would not hesitate to use the company again. ;

I booked for a balcony cleaning with very clear instructions with pictures. After several rescheduling the technician arrived ill-equipped for the job and property type, and wasn't able to even start the work. He proposed to reschedule with additional charge - such a rip off. Due to the urgency of the task, I had to cancel however despite their clear fault, the company is refusing to refund my deposit but charged as “onsite assessment fee” while others provide obligation free inspections. Have to contact the bank to dispute the charge. They subcontract to contractors. Avoid at all cost.

They were excellent communicators - contacted repeatedly in the lead-up to the work and gave detailed arrival time info. Work was very professional and fuss free.

Shared photos of the job we required, they took a deposit of $165 for the booking over the phone and arrived at the job and said they could not complete the works despite photos being sent - they refused to refund the deposit, called it an ‘on-site fee’ when this was not advised whilst taking the money and have ignored contact ever since. Have contacted the ACCC. Do not engage with this company.

Had a booking to get my bathroom completely regrouted. To be honest had a couple of scheduling issues at first due to being caught up in a change in management at the company. Once this process was over though it was nothing but smooth sailing from the new manager Reegan and his team. They even provided a discount. Looks great and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend in the future.

Can’t fault these hard workers.

Finally found someone who was able to clean my stubborn old slate tiles. I felt like the team guided me through the whole process and gave me a good price about the service and what was included. I didn't know what was involved and required so I was happy with how transparent they were with the process of the job being done at my house. They clearly understood that this was going to be a big investment for me. I'm so happy as my floor is beautiful and would highly recommend for my friends

Would give ZERO stars if possible!

Don’t use these crooks! They sealed my brand new granite tiles around my pool with product in unlabelled containers (when I pad for the premium sealer) and when I asked them to come back to rectify the issue around applications and poor end result, never got a call. This unprofessional outfit of dodgy, unskilled ‘experts’ is beyond belief.

Oh, they also took the balance of my invoice without consent and have gone missing ever since.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Had the guys come out and replace the shower grout without having to remove the tiles. Happy with the service quality and price. Would recommend

Please see below the the shocking job they done and refuse to re-fund and fix the error for months. This company takes money upfront and doesn't deliver the goods.

It has been a horrible experience. Damaged my home. Has been over 6 months and no responsibility or resolution. Having to work with department of fair trading in order to just get my home back to how it was before they got here. Used acid based products that damaged paths and driveways throughout our home. Very poor comms. Use at your own risk

Work on the Sunshine Coast - They will rip you off by changing the price on the day of the job, harassing you for payment and taking money from your credit card they kept when you made a deposit, during a dispute over workmanship. Do not use them, they will rip you off!
