From my internet enquiry to me visiting the dealer has been a absolute pleasure. Both Ian & Mate treated me with the utmost respect when i walked into the dealership and the deal that was presented to me for my company was were we wanted to be for both parties. Even better they had a vehicle in stock which is very rare due to Covid so i can replace my tied Nissan Navara.

Sale manager was fantastic but his staff need a lot of work, staff looking at customers and laughing at them, made us very uncomfortable that we had to leave.
It was a shame as we were unable to buy our new Ford off them.
I'm more sorry for Ian who had the sale and lost it because of them.

Sales team is fantastic, really go above and beyond what is expected. Give discounts on service if you give 5 star reviews.

Sohag was very easy to deal with. Not too pushy and very informative. I end up with a white wildtrak which I was very happy and the wait time was only 1 week. He was very patient and accommodating with me haggling and asking for a lot of freebies. Sohag is very straightforward and transparent with the transaction and its very refreshing to deal with a honest guy than someone who is acting nice but not being honest. Overall, the dealership is very good which is the total opposite of their new service center in Rosehill

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, went there for a service and ended up leaving with damage to my car, told them do not wash and no service sticker went to pick up and had found that my black car which was still new had been scratched and had very deep and bad swirl marks when i picked it up after hours, i had called mario the service advisor the next day to let him know he turned around and simply said "they didnt read job card what do you want"
i then spoke to the service manager who was even worse after inspecting the car he turned around and said do you think we did this?
after arguing back and forth and telling him that the car had been completely painted and just got it back from the smash repair he then told me he would fix it, i gave them 1 attempt at fixing it and it came out worse than before.they simply polished it to hide the marks and no difference was noticed he told me to "never come back to this dealership"
simply put go elsewhere and save yourself the headache

I bought a GT Mustang from Thomson Ford last month. Tyrone was the salesman and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He made me feel welcome, responded promptly to my texts and calls and gave me a good amount of time to test drive the car in both suburban and highway settings. I am very satisfied with the experience with him and Thomson Ford, the price and of course the car!

Bought my new rig through Ian. He was so easy and professional to deal with. Tyrone helped with the set up of the rig. I will be shopping with these guys next time round and I will pass on Ian's number without hesitation.

Thank you to Thomson Ford for a fantastic experience of buying our new Ranger Wildtrack. Tyronne was one of only two salesmen replied to our inquiry sent to 7 dealerships and he got the sale:). He was professional, informative and respectful - a rare qualities. We came to look at an ex-Demo and Drove away in a brand new Wildtrack. Information provided to us by Tyronne and his time spent answering our questions and letting us to compare different models, allowed us to make an informative and correct decision that we are very happy with. Thank you also to Simon who was prompt in his replies, providing details and keeping us in the loop about our finance. He provided us with all the information and left it up to us to make a decision without any pressure or unwanted "sales pitch" - a true professional. We will be coming back to Thompson Ford for all our needs and services and we definitely recommend them to others.

Be very careful to ensure that the contract you sign has all the details asked for as when a item was missing from the car when picked up (the rear luggage blind) i was told that it was not traded with one, even though it is a standard fitting. Tyrone did his best but Jeff the Sales Manager is unprofessional and has no customer management skill. Dont even bother using the customer satisfaction team as they report to Jeff anyway.
Remember guys Karma is a b! Tch!
Would never recommend to anyone as it is not worth the hassle!

Poor Customer Service.
Called Amanda from Service Dep on 22/12 at 9am. Wanted to book my Ford Focus in for a repair. The panoramic roof was not opening. She advised me the earliest i could get in was 29/12. She also asked if i wanted my 15,000km service but i just wanted the roof done. Gave her all my details, name, rego VIN, then she put me on hold. She picks up the phone and explains i cant have that date because its nor available for diagnostic repair. I said well okay, ill book my 15,000km service. And she said, sorry that date it booked out.

Very unimpressed, that the date went from available, then to not available for repair only, THEN to no available period.

I buy a new Ford every 2 years as im in real estate and its common to change over cars due to our salary schedule. Very disappointing after service experience from this dealer.

You will get better service at Power Ford Castle Hill or Blacktown Ford.

Just purchased my new Ranger Wildtrak from Thomson Ford, and highly recommend this dealership. This is the 6th vehicle our family has purchased through these guys and we wouldn’t go anywhere else, even though we live on the other side of Sydney. Dave, Ian, Tyrone and Simon made everything so easy, we wanted some fairly complicated options added, they arranged it all with no issues. Looking forward to taking Black Betty out onto those tracks and setting up camp!

The whole team from sales, finance and pre-delivery were fantastic. They are very easy to deal with and nothing is too much trouble.
They make buying a car a pleasure not a chore.

I had dealings with Tyrone, and Gary, in sales. They make a big effort to make you feel welcome an to satisfy your needs.
The price was good, they all believe the customer is important, the experience is pleasant.

Right through the process of negotiating the changeover figure to the pickup of my new Everest Sport, his knowledge of the vehicle and calm approach to making a sale was very impressive and made the whole experience easy, even called me a few days later to make sure everything with the car was good, would definitely recommend in dealing with him if you are interested in a new Ford.

I recently purchased a new Ford Ranger from Thompson Ford in Parramatta.
Initially I had gone to Toyota - wasn’t that impressed with their customer service so I popped in down the road to Ford.
I was met by a very friendly staff member who introduced me to Tyrone - one of the sales staff.
He went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations with the overall package of Ford
Ranger I was interested in, hence I bought it then and there.
