There's a reason the thomson ford service centre doesn't exist anymore. Ford Australia shut it down and sold the service part onto parramatta motor group. That should tell you everything you need to know about this mob. Run for your life.

If you want to sell/Trade/buy a car first thing you do ask about Mate, Mate will take care of every thing, excellent customer service, polite, and considered to pay more for my trade in vehicle after I ask him, which I never seen it in all other deallers, bought used vehicle but at the pickup time was like new car event, thank you Mate.

So far so good, the Mechanic here is really knowledgeable. After my old mechanic could not figure out what was wrong with my fuel pump, they fixed everything up. Expensive fix but worth it!

Refuse to allow you to test drive unless you pay a deposit. Who pays a deposit on a car they've never driven? Very rude. I suspect all their positive reviews are fake.
