I found computer services online over a year ago when my computer broke down and didn't have the money to buy a new computer. Anand was extremely knowledge and helpful in his advice and did a great job on repairing my machine. If I have a problem with my computer I will tend to go to computer services first to see if it can be fixed before any other option, due to their excellent
service and advice. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Yet again Anand has saved the day! Providing great advice in a friendly easy to understand manner, his service has been irreplacable. He has provided hardware and soft ware over the last 12 months, never once have we regretted that decision

Excellent service. I had a MacBook repaired and updated. Communication was brilliant, everything was explained to me before the work was carried out. All work was completed within a week.

Want to say a massive thank you to this man, he worked on my wife laptop and managed to recover all the data from the broken laptop. Excellent service and I think he cared more for me than just business would certainly recommend for anything

Our mac (a few years old) was literally taking hours to open, start, load or do anything. I was worried I would lose our business data as well as all of our family photos etc.

Anand was able to offer us a solution and fix the problem in a very short turn around. Plus he explained everything in terms that I could understand!

Worst service ever. Never again. Took weeks to return my laptop which stoped working 5 min later. Then took weeks to pick it up to repair again. Then took weeks to return the repaired laptop. I had to keep calling and chasing. All up it's been 7 months. When finally returned again the charger was missing it didn't connect to the internet and there was dent on the screen. Very unreliable and forgetful often said he was going to come and drop off but didn't come or came late.

The service was outstanding, Anand the consultant from the Dr Computer went out of his way to fix my issues, i could not speak more highly of him both professionally and his great attitude

Anand was originally a one time IT fix it guy at my work but he was so helpful and knowledgeable that we kept calling him back and now 2 years later he handles all our work IT freelance and also our personal IT problems both software, hardware and when we need advice for anything tech. Cannot recommend him enough. He is a pleasure to deal with and always goes above and beyond!

I contacted Anand, after a recommendation from a friend. I had a problem with insufficient memory on my PC. Although my computer is very old and the ideal solution was to buy a more up to date system, this was not an option for me. He was very prompt in response to my query and a remote look at the system, confirmed that this was the case. He collected the PC and within a very short time, rang me to say that it was complete and could he bring it back. We can recommend this company for its excellent response and service.

Not on the cloud, but luckily had backed up the night before.
He reinstalled everything.
