Arnand is willing to talk and work with integrity. He saved my MacBook Pro 16 which was accidentally getting wet by water. He also showed me the damaged logic board and how he replaced it. It may take a little bit time for him to confirm and reply the repairment progress due to his personal jobs and schedule, but just be polite and communicative, he will be helpful and really nice to get with.

The most important thing is that he provides unbelievable After Sales service. There is nothing more to say.

He is truly a tech doctor as he is very good at his trade, fixed my issue in minutes and charged me a reasonable amount. Loved the service and speed at which it was done. Thanks a lot, Anand.

UNTRUSTWORTHY DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

I gave anand Rana my old high school laptop In may of 2021!
It’s now 2023 and he still hasn’t given it back to me!?
He had came to my house in Redfern had a look at it and said it was an easy fix and he could get into it (I have forgotten the password for it) so he takes it says it will be about a week HAH

Iv called this morning and supposedly he is now in India

Im am absolutely disgusted

Through out this entire thing iv called and msged you multiple times and every time it’s a new excuse as to why you cannot return my laptop or you would just ignore my calls and say you would call me back

This laptop is not worth anything the only reason I want it back is for the photos that are on it

If you do not return my property I will be reporting it to the police I have your numbers your name a photo of you

Hello everyone out there that WILL need a computer Doctor to fix their desktops, laptops or anything I. T. Whatever you do please just ring contact Anann The Tech Dr. He is THE Man in the industry that knows how to fix and repair all computer problems or computer breakdowns. I had a very concerning issue/problem with my Lenovo laptop&mouse drivers.

Initially I did ring the highly advertised company "Geeks2u", they are hopeless, no good, charge like a bull at a gate, Geeks2u are a non delivery they do not have the knowledge to help or repair my computer problems. Do not use Geeks2u.

I then found THE TECH Dr. ABSOULTE TOP OF THE LINE EXCELLENT In service, knowledge knows excatly how to fix the issue The Tech Dr is so calm, so peaceful 5***** stars.
The Tech Dr will relieve you of your worries, fears, anxiety with your computer problems. The Tech Dr knows what to do, just like a surgeon in an operating suite. The Tech Dr took care of everything so profesionally, so smoothly, very generous, very professional, bright engaging, compassionate understands that in todays society that 'sadly we live by our computers/laptops' as such when it stops working it becomes a problem and worry.

The Tech Dr not only repaired my laptop, but somehow boosted it so now it runs cleaner&faster.
My mouse drivers work again my usb all terrific.
The Tech Dr has reinvigorated my confidence in my good quality laptop including my faith in technician house calls.

The Tech Dr will conduct a house call all very professional, he will conduct an initial assessment and then offer you a brief on what needs to be done&costs.
The Tech Dr is very very reasonable, so much more advanced more knowledgable than the other mob.
It is true as they say; " if you are far more comfortable with your current computer as you know it and know how it all works, then just stick with it, get a repair and it will be as good as new".

Cheaper than having to go and purchase a brand new computer.
I did conduct a search to see how much it would be to purchase a new replacement laptop; my stating price is $1,600!

The Tech Dr fixed my lovely laptop for less than 1/3 of that price.
So all good happy days just phone THE TECH DR he will fix and repair your computers all types, all products all brands no problems at all.

Very Nice Onsite Technician, who is willing to engage with your problems, questions and fix your issues in a timely manner.

Although he was held up by previous jobs his expertise when he arrived was worth it.

The experience I had was excellent he fixed my laptop going out of his way to make myself comfortable and happy with his services the pricing was very reasonable as relating to the damage of my laptop.
His people skills were also top notch and would happily recommend to friends and family.

Absolutely brilliant customer service. Expert at his trade. Couldn't have achieved without his assistance.
Worth the wait.

My husband and I have known Anand Rana for some years now and always call on his expertise for any computer/ipad issues. He is such a wealth of knowledge and always manages to fix any problems. He is also a very pleasant man and easy to deal with. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to any prospective new client of his.

Very poor service. AVOID.

He didn't get back to us when we dropped off the laptop to give us a quote and explain the work he will do. We gave him the laptop to ask for a data backup, which was quoted elsewhere at $200.

We called multiple times to ask about the laptop since he never got back to us. I thought it was stolen for a few days.

Eventually he got back to us, but only after ducking dozens of calls and voicemails.

He said he'll fix it and give us a good deal. Instead when he dropped it off, he asked for $450 (which included $50 discount) since he had to change the hard drive.which he never informed us of. It would've been nice to let us know before doing $200+ of work and expecting us to pay for it.

I had a Mac laptop with substantial liquid damage (the laptop wouldn't even turn on), and had recently bought a replacement. I rang up Anand from the neighbourhood to see if he could recover the files that were still on my damaged laptop, brought it into his home that same afternoon, left it with him, and a couple of hours later he phoned back to say that he could rescue the SSD card and transfer the files onto the new laptop. Moving all the documents, photos, etc, onto the new device only took a couple of hours and was very reasonably priced. So if Apple tells you something can't be fixed, ask Anand just to be sure: he is so knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and the whole process of recovering my files was straightforward and simple. I would highly, highly, recommend him if you ever need a computer repair.
