I’ve been to so many car washes in Sydney, but the spot car wash is 1 stop shop. Cut my hair had a Shisha and washed my car all at the same time.

The Spot carwash is a completely professional establishment whom I happily trust my prestige vehicle with. I have always been welcomed warmly, accommodated well and seen in a timely manner. They most definitely understand a service based industry and look after their customers very personably. They did a great job on my old landcruiser which was filthy after several trips outback. Now it's the cleanest I've ever seen it very happy with the quality of service. I would reccomend this place to anyone definitely 5 stars.

Awesome Experience, you just drive in your car let them know what you looking for and it will be taken care of.
Detailed cleaning, experts at what they do, timely delivery. No scratches, no old mops, no hard detergents, different packages for different services + you have a cafe as well. Just grab a cuppa and sit around and let them take care of your car.

Had my car washed and vacuumed today; I’m so pleased with the results. The workers were very scrupulous and didn’t miss a detail. I feel like my car is brand new again. I also sat with my sister at the conveniently located cafe onsite, and we had the iced chocolate which we essentially inhaled because of how delicious it was! Did not take very long like a normal car wash and the owner of the business personally inspected my car after it was done. Cant ask for more than that!

If you’re look for an honest and reliable car wash with reasonable prices that goes above and beyond then look no further. I took my Amarok in the other day for a wash and polish and it came out looking immaculate. They even with out me asking got off a big black rubber mark from where I was side swiped at a car park. The owner walked me around the car to show me and I’ve never been more impressed. Their professionalism and attention to detail is 10/10

I brought the car to them to have the engine compartment and underbody washed and they assured me it was an operation they could do without any problems.
Once the car has been washed I went there to collect it and after about 1500 m the car starts to give problems.
The car ran on only 5 cylinders and other error lights came on because the sensors were wet, but they assured me that sometimes it can happen, and once it dried it would resume normal operation.
The next day the car was still not working properly, and I went to my mechanic, who tells me that there was slime mixed with degreaser and oil inside the spark plugs (that I replaced 1500km before).
He found water inside the engine oil that went in from the oil lid, and he had to bleed the entire oil system and replace the oil and the spark plugs that where oxidized too.
The worst part is that I informed the car wash of all this, and they washed their hands of it saying "how did you expect to wash the engine compartment without this happening? "
Surprised by their response, I tried to contact them in the following days by sending them photos of the ruined spark plugs expecting at least an apology, but it would have been more appropriate for them to have taken responsibility for their poorly done job and the cost of the damage that I had to cover, but I have not received any response. So I strongly not recommend this car wash, since to spend $ 200 for an underbody wash done by people who pretend to be professionals, I spent a total of $ 900, for a damage done by them and for the very bad treatment as a paying customer.
